Everyone is professional. The pharmacists go out of their way to help.

My family have been customers of Walgreens since 1996 and were quite satisfied for many years. However, over the past few years we have see a large decline in their service. It is taking longer to get prescriptions filled, wait times to pick up the prescription is often over 20 minutes, and we've had multiple instances where the prescription was filled incorrectly. What pushed us to finally drop Walgreens was a policy that if a prescription is backordered and takes over three days to be delivered, the fill request is dropped from their active system. When this occurs, we were told to call the pharmacy daily to see if the drug is in stock and to have the pharmacy then fill it. This happened twice at our local pharmacy. I talked to the pharmacist at two other Walgreens locations and confirmed that this is corporate policy. Putting the onus on the customer to make sure the prescription is filled is extremely poor customer relations and this policy is not in place for other local pharmacies.

Note that some of the pharmacy staff are amazing. Two techs in particular at this location greet me by name and, time permitting, chat about what is going on in our lives. Kudos to them.

The two reviews below me echo my sentiment. I have already had numerous negative experiences (none of which involved Erin) at this store in three years prior to today. I just called the pharmacy because the app told me my prescription should be ready already. So when I called the associate immediately asked me if I had access to the app in a defensive tone. I stated that I do and that the app is telling me that you are late. She never spoke another word, put the phone down for a minute then put me on hold without speaking a word. Then picked me up from hold a minute later and hung up on me. Called back again and had to go through that insufferable spoken option menu again and spoke with a different person who told me she was a floater and didn't know the story about the other associate. Then for the first time in three years they didn't have the medication that I get the same amount of every month for the last three years. I was told that the medication should be ordered today and hopefully it will be available tomorrow. Nobody seems to want to commit to anything? Especially customer satisfaction. Definite lack of leadership at the root. If Erin isn't working there that day, I'm pretty sure you will have a negative experience. She is the only reason I still go to Walgreens to begin with after some of my previous negative experiences. I don't think she alone will be able to keep me coming back unfortunately. This Walgreens needs more like her badly. This may be the third negative review of my entire life. One of the others being for this store. It would be much better if I didn't feel compelled to even post a review at all.

Normally it has been good. But I went to pick up my meds today after work and the pharmacy was closed at least 30 minutes early. I really need the meds for my mental health and can go into withdrawal without them. This was extremely unprofessional and soured my opinion of them greatly.

I would leave zero stars if I could, as I wasn't even serviced despite waiting for 20 minutes, and ten minutes past my so-called "appointment" time

I made an appointment for two vaccinations (covid and flu) at 630PM on a 10/6, I was instructed to arrive 10-15 minutes early, and filled out paperwork online in advance. I arrived at 620PM and was the 4th person in line at the window. I was not able to reach the window until 640, ten minutes after my appointment. I was then told that there were *six* people ahead of me and I would likely have to wait over an hour to be serviced. I had plans and could not stay, which is why I had made an appointment to reserve my time in the first place?

What is the point of an appointment if it won't be honored? Staff were very dismissive of my frustrations and basically shrugged me off and said all I could do was wait.

Will never return to this location, and would hesitate to return to Walgreens as a whole if this is how they do business.

I’ve used Walgreens for my prescriptions for years and this is bar none the worst experience I’ve ever had. After the first incident of my auto-refill prescription being completely forgotten, I began calling ahead of time to ensure that it was ready on time. Even with that added precaution, on multiple occasions I come in person only to find that it is still not ready and that it has “not been entered by the pharmacist”. If you rely on your daily medications to prevent serious health issues, do not use this location to fill your prescriptions. Seek a different pharmacy.

This place is a complete joke. I understand having bad customer service at a restaurant or anywhere else but this is a pharmacy. Went to pick up my medication @12 was told they weren’t ready and I would get a text message to let me know when to pick them up. I didn’t receive that message until 4pm. When I went to pick my medication only 1of my 3 medications was ready. When I asked when they think It would be ready I was made to feel as though I was a nuisance. Keep in mind the pharmacy close at 6pm. Called the urgent care and had the rest of my medication sent to cvs and picked it up 30 mins later. Please take my word for it have you medication sent somewhere else.

I an stunned at the horrific customer service. You stand there and wait forever for someone to even acknowledge your presence. They tell you 30-40 minutes and 1 1/2 hours later, you're still waiting. They make you seem like a bother. Overall, slow and rude.

The pharmacy staff seem completely avoid that they're a vital part of a patients healthcare team. No compassion or accountability to their role and importance for their patients health, wellbeing or safety. There is no communication or pharmacy consult to ensure you walk out of there with what you need or should have. Valuable information isn't shared but they'll "put the paper" in your bag for you to read when you get home versus having a conversation that might be valuable to the patient. We have used this pharmacy for years but after today's experience will be moving our business elsewhere.

This place does not deserve 1 star. It took them forever to get us registered in their system for a simple flu vaccine. This occurred on 10/8 around 12P. The front desk personnel who was filling in details was super slow, made multiple mistakes, we had to clarify everything and the documents he printed out had to fill outdated details. He was not even apologetic…worst Walgreen’s branch. Never ever going to visit this location.

Very poor customer service in the pharmacy since it changed ownership to a Walgreens. Have had numerous bad experiences with pharmacist. Switched to CVS as a result.
