Masters Specialty Pharmacy

Masters Speciality Pharmacy so far is wonderful. Although I've only been a patient for bout 3 months they r great. I decided to get All my medications put in PILL PACKS. Masters was the only place I could find to do it. Now all my medications come broken down into 3 pill packs I open 1 for morning n 2 for the evening n I no longer have to deal with all those pill bottles n getting confused bout my medications n the ease of just opening a peel off sticker swallow my medication with some water I done. No hassle. No bottles. So easy. I wish they'd have thought of this sooner! Thank u Masters! Oh it free too no charge for them to do it!

I was using the Giant Eagle on West Patrick for years. got the feeling they were overworked and underpaid, but they were nice to me. One month they couldn’t get one of my Rx and informed my doc. Someone in my doctors office recommended Masters. I send all seven of my monthly prescriptions there now. They’re kind, competent, independent (which is big for me) and haven’t had a problem obtaining and filling my medication on the Rx date. I wish i had transferred sooner; these folks are customer-oriented, and have a text alert refill system, too.

During this pandemic Ester was very professional, helpful and we appreciate her commitment to our community testing and vaccinating my family. Best pharmacy!!! Very friendly. Always have every medication I have ever had to fill. Very quick with filling medications. I transferred all my families prescription here over 8 months ago. I haven't yet had a problem. I highly recommend this place. I have now moved over an hour away and I still remain with them because they are worth the drive. Friendly faces every time I go. They really do make you feel like family. I can't say enough good things about them. Very happy customer here.

The staff is extremely friendly. We recently lost our pharmacy due to it closing down and with how hard it is to find a reliable pharmacy these days I was very nervous about having to start over at a new pharmacy after 6 years of using the same one. The woman pharmacy tech was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure to help us to feel welcomed. The main pharmacist was also great. They made our transition very easy and with the least amount of stress as possible. This will definately be our new family pharmacy and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly reliable environment!!!!

So happy we found this pharmacy... I’ve only been there once so far but he will definitely be my pharmacy of choice for my monthly prescriptions From here on out. The owner is very polite and respectful and always willing to connect and help his customers on a personal level. I would way rather support his small business then some large chain retailer.

Very friendly staff. I had a few prescriptions that I had already tried to fill at other pharmacies; they didn't have but Master's did. The pharmacist was so helpful. Highly recommend this pharmacy. They also carry over the counter things like aspirin, cough drops, etc. I didn't have to wait long for the pharmacist to fill them. All my prescription will be filled there from now on. Service with a smile.

The staff gives personalized attention. They will also deliver your medication to your home. They make sure that what you're taking is safe to take with other meds that you're currently on. The owner Emeca really cares about his customers!

Pharmacist really nice to me when I was in there for first time and it was took while because of first time in there... I really like that pharmacy store cause it got an bulletproof and double doors plus make me feel safer, I need to show them my Rx before allow me to get in pharmacy store... I guess that why they didn't want anyone to come in without showing the Rx from doctors... But I really like it...

I had a problem at my "regular pharmacy" and went here after my doctor recommended them to me, the owner was actually working behind the counter and introduced himself to me and helped me with my required medicines fast and efficient . Support your local businesses and give them a try !!! Erik L.

I have transferred all my families medicine to this pharmacy they are very helpful and always have my medicines. Everyone in there is very friendly. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
