I have always been impressed with the show room staff, those ladies there are outstanding! They have a great personality and always willing to help. I was just there yesterday and I am always treated very nicely and always fast service! I also have to give a special thanks to the staff that completes alterations. They too are awesome and do an amazing job! I would recommend this company to anyone.

It must be difficult to service a market like their average customers but they do an excellent job.
If they don't immediately have what you need they can get whatever it is in a very short amount of time.
The two young ladies there to assist customers are knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Their warm attitude makes the trip to Murraryville worthwhile.

The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful with getting me situated. Came in to grab a badge holder and she ended up showing me around the store. They have a good selection of things and also tailor uniforms. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this store.

I have frequented this store many many times over the last twenty years for supplies and uniforms for my company. Since Gall's bought out and they made Robin the manager, customer service has increased greatly. If she doesn't have what I need, she is diligent about researching and finding the product. The staff is friendly and helpful and I will continue to use Gall's for all my uniforms and supplies.

This is an AMAZING Uniform Store!! Awesome staff that is more than happy to help out in time of need. I recently stopped by needing 5 full uniforms asap, within a hour they had everything I needed and was more than happy to help out. I will continue to use them as the provider for my fire departments uniforms.

They were amazing they took the time to help they showed me and my wife different options.
They did not show us the most expensive thing that they had they were showing us quality items for different prices which a lot of times you go to places and They show you the most expensive thing right off the get-go or try to make a sale. I will be going back to the store to buy instead of online just because of Amber.

I’m a Sheriff’s Office volunteer and get treated the same as all the other first responders. Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff you exceed your customer service task and I thank you. Oh what can I say about specialties, alterations, embroidery and heat transfers, they are off the charts. Keep up the great work and service!

Starting my journey to become a paramedic, first step is my EMT. I was told for my class I needed two pairs of EMS pants and black boots. With that knowledge I went here to get the required items and all I can say is wow. I am probably the most clueless person who has ever been and will ever be in that store when it comes to shopping for that type of stuff. The staff was more then amazing when I got there two women came from the back of the store to help me I told them what I needed (while being completely clueless of what I really needed) and they were able to take what little information I had and get me set up for success. All while being super friendly and knowledgable of the products they had. I decided on two get a nice pair of BDU's as well as another pair of slightly less expensive but still nice pants incase my really nice ones get "dirty" (those in the first responder field know what I'm talking about) and a pair of boots I did feel bad when the lady brought out two pairs of boots for me to try on not knowing that they had to be lace up because I forgot to mention that however she was still super awesome about it even though I made her do more work then necessary. All in all I will definitely be coming back in the future
