We had about as painless an experience as you can hope for when purchasing a car. Mike, our salesman, was very relaxed, low-key, and low-pressure. Kelly, in the finance department, not only was very knowledgeable about her products and the industry, but she was also the sweetest, most considerate person I have ever met at a car dealership. I dread going to car dealerships but was, dare I say, a very pleasant experience. I will recommend DARCARS Toyota to everyone. Great Job!

I went to Darcars Toyota Frederick a few times and worked with Mo each time. While I did not end up getting a car, Mo was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was honest about each car that I looked at and seemed to genuinely care that I was getting what car was best for me. I just wanted to say this is like my fourth vehicle from there and I've always had a wonderful experience. Everyone there is very helpful and always looks out for what is in my best interest. But I wanted to give Jason Vaughn and Maxwell many props for helping me select the right vehicle this week. As I had to get a new vehicle unexpectedly. I would highly recommend this place and their service is excellent!!!!!

I highly recommend this “previously owned” location. If you are looking for some straight shooters and are tired of the typical used vehicle runaround try these guys! Patrick Selby was great to work with, he was very helpful thru out the process. Jason Vaughn is the sales manager at this location and was also a pleasure to work with. We ended up trading in one of our vehicles and ended up getting help from John R who helped by giving an attractive offer for our trade in. Everything went smoothly and I wouldn’t hesitate to return when I find myself in the market for another vehicle.

Patrick and Jason were amazing! I was not an easy customer to say the least. First, I had to bring three young kids with me to car shop. Then, one spills tea all over their shop. Next, I changed my mind on the original car. At the end of the day, they found me the PERFECT car and were sooooo patient with me as I made my decision. Definitely not typical car salesmen who harass you. They kept the lines of communication open without bothering me one bit. Just tell them what you want and they will help you find it!!

I recently purchased a new car from this group, after hitting a rather large deer two days before Xmas. Patrick was incredibly helpful in helping me pick a car that fit my needs. And talking me down from a vehicle that may have exceeded them a bit. No one needs a larger car payment. This was only the second time I have purchase a car from a dealership in my “young” 42 years. As a single parent, price tags have always been a bit scary. Patrick and his sales manager Jason made this experience incredibly easy. And we’re willing to work with me on the best possible option.

This was a great experience with the service department was outstanding. I took my 2013 Toyota Camry SE. After the service agent told me what my car needed it was just an oil change and tire rotation. But he assisted me by explaining some safety issues that needed to be done. He was great on how he handle me. Love the service and how my car drove afterwards.

I had a great experience at DARCARS Used Car. I had not purchased a car in several years and my previous experience buying a car was significantly different from my recent experience at DARCARS. Patrick S. is the most chill car sales man I've ever encountered. I'd already researched the cars that I was interested in. I asked Patrick if they were in stock. The cars I wanted were not originally on the lot at the time I came by, but he found them and brought them to the lot for a test drive. He was knowledgable and courteous. And he was there every step of the way during my car buying experience. I never felt pressured or haggled and I appreciate that. Great location on Patrick St for fast same day service. Chris Naylor, the service manager is excellent. Very efficient and accurate estimates. Work is always done right the first time. Great used cars too. Bought several here and was never disappointed with a lemon or even a lime. Warranty packages are worth it if you drive a lot or are hard on your car. Tire prices are competitive. Service bays are located on 7-11 side of the building. You park in the lot on that side and go through the service door to the left of the garage doors. Service and the parts desk is right there. This location is set for a remodel by the end of summer 2023.

DARCARS was great! Fantastic customer service. Most of my correspondence went through Jason who was quick to reply and ready with answers for all of my questions. This was my first car buying experience and Jason and the team helped it go very smoothly. I even asked them to do an additional wash/clean before I drove off the lot with it and they had no trouble making sure I was satisfied. I am now a very happy owner of a Subaru Legacy :)

I went into the DarCars Toyota on West Patrick because I saw a vehicle that caught my eye. I was greeted by a really great salesman named Bill Mitchell. He was not your typical pushy sales man and after talking a little about what I was looking for I went on my way. Long story short after visiting a couple other dealerships and getting your “typical” salesperson I was back to see Bill and purchased a vehicle. Don’t let the facility on West Patrick fool you, there staff is amazing! 10/10 will visit again!

We have purchased 12 cars in the past 40 years at dealerships. The experience was usually less than good. At DARCARS used cars and service on Rt40, both Jason and Jonathan were very helpful. Our experience was perfect. We will be recommending them to our family and friends.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! I called the dealership a few days ahead of when I would be coming in to see if they had what I was looking for, and Jason Vaughn was on top of it right away-I got an email just a few hours later with some options. When I told him about a car at another Darcars lot, he made the arrangements to have it in Frederick for me to look at, no hassle or anything! When I arrived we got started on paperwork and I was in and out in less than three hours!!! Eric in finance was just as awesome and explained all of my options and what everything was in simple and understandable ways. They made an incredibly daunting process simple, pain free and completely enjoyable. Jason is a great guy, and I will definitely be coming back to him for the next vehicle purchase!

As a senior living in DC, with an immediate need for a solid used car, I chose to bypass far more local dealerships to buy from DARCARS UCC.
My Salesman, Diego Angel, was more of a consultant. By making my happiness with my purchase his goal-Diego was able to make this the best car buying experience I have ever had.
Sure, it helped that the selection of sedans at this suburban location was of better quality, with lower prices and mileage than the dealers closer to DC, but what made the sale was the willingness of the entire team to deliver a "buying experience" instead of a "sales job".
From the 1st email from Jason Vaughn, quickly followed by a text from Diego-I felt supported in my interest to purchase-never pressured. I was able to check the Carfax, research and comparative shop, and qualify for financing-all from home. How convenient!
