First, it was easy to get an appointment in one call over the phone. Offices premises in very good shape and clean. Friendly personnel and
a doctor with very good communication skills thought the dental procedure.

Dr. Gilbert and team--especially Donna Penn-- are fantastic! They’re efficient, courteous and professional! Best practice in Frederick! Plus their new doctor, Dr. Ibaad is brilliant! What a great addition to an amazing team!

I came with a family member for their appointment and Dr. Farshori was incredible - not only is he easy on the eyes haha, he is so comforting and made the extraction a breeze for someone who always suffered from a lot of dental anxiety! For anyone afraid of the dentist - this is your doctor/practice!

I usually have Donna clean my teeth and
Dr Gilbert review my x-rays. However, Donna had to go to TJ Drive that day so the new handsome, young dentist cleaned my teeth and looked at my x--rays. He was friendly and gentle. I was very happy when I left!!!

I had to have a tooth prepped for a crown. I was anxious as this was my first time going through this. Dr. Lucy has a new dentist working with her and I liked him. (I'm sorry I did not catch his name) I liked how he took the time to answer my questions and explained what he was doing. He and his assistant were great. Would definitely recommend this dentist office!!! Awesome service even down to the receptionist!!!

It is so enjoyable to see this team now I have my dental issues fully addressed. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed while performing a thorough and professional service. I know no other team who makes you feel at home and minimizes the pain and anxiety level while help you achieve the optimal health care you deserve.

Zero pain during prep for two crowns - didn't even feel the application of the numbing drug!

I was well taken care of by staff and Dr. Kind and compassionate staff, and my tooth is feeling great. Dr. Lucy explained what to expect, and steps to take and options. Feeling relieved to find great dental care.

I take my MIL to the dentist as she has dementia.
They are very gentle with her; physically and mentally.

I am usually seen within a few minutes of coming in, after a friendly greeting from the receptionist. I appreciate the care and quality service demonstrated throughout each of my appointments. I do feel valued, and less like a number, in this dental practice.

The staff is so nice and professional here. Especially Jacqueline. The day before I came here a scheduler from another practice actually made me cry and I was so nervous for my first appt at Felicity Dental. But Jacqueline (and there was also another woman who was super sweet but I didn't catch her name) made me feel comfortable, not embarrassed and took the time to make sure they planned my visits in 2 so my insurance would cover it. Unfortunately, they are requiring some things my ins won't cover but thanks to the office splitting my visits, it'll be easier on me financially. Sometimes the staff at a practice can really make or break a practice and they are doing a wonderful job here ❤
