I'm happy to share the wonderful experience we had with this company.

The ladies were very helpful assisting me while picking the best design and colors for my bathrooms.

More importantly, we were very please with the installers. They arrived promptly at the time that was scheduled and they went right to work.They finished within a couple hours. They did an awesome job changing out our countertops in two different bathrooms and they took the time to clean up any mess/dust that accumulated during the installation.

We are very happy with the results...very clean and neat work!

I would definitely recommend Kitchen Man to my friends and family.

Two more great jobs by the folks at The Kitchen Man--they installed new quartz countertops and side/backsplashes in both of our bathrooms for us to add new vessel sinks and waterfall faucets. They gave us really great deals on remnant quartz pieces for both bathroom countertops and, as usual the installations were very well (and quickly) done. As before (when they did our kitchen), everyone involved was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We would again highly recommend The Kitchen Man for your next kitchen or bathroom renovation or remodeling project.

The process went very well, we started with Melissa @ the Wilmington location. She was very polite and understanding to us. We really had no idea where to start and she helped us the whole time. The next step was at the Winnabow location to pick out a remnant for our bathroom. We met Jackie and again very polite and understanding to our needs. Picked out the remnant put down a deposit and we had an amazing kitchen and bathroom conversion. There was a small hick-up in the install and it was immediately dealt with when I called Melissa. It’s been 2 weeks and we love the look. It’s not often to have all the pieces fit together so good and this was a good experience!!!

I can't think of a good reason to go somewhere else for granite counter tops! This company has top quality employees at every level. I needed assistance designing my first outdoor bar. I received exactly the information I needed for a flawless installation from Chris, the owner! After building the necessary frame to support the granite top in 3 sections, I sent them photos for final approval. When I went to select the granite, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had exactly the color (dark gray) that I wanted and were able to offer me either the smooth or the "leather" finish at no additional cost. Their price quote was a great value! I even got a discount for my military service! The office staff communicated with me at every step of this process.
I scheduled an appointment with their estimator and was very impressed with the digital measuring equipment she used to finalize the counter tops. The knowledgeable technician offered helpful suggestions for the final edge treatment. The final step was the installation. Three men arrived on time & installed my counter top sections in a couple of hours. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the value. If I ever need for counter tops, The Kitchen Man will be my first stop!

Chris and team went above and beyond my expectations. They made sure my countertops were installed before the holidays. Everything was perfect from start to finish and my kitchen is beautiful. I never imagined I could have such gorgeous countertops on my tight budget. I highly recommend The Kitchen Man! Thank you so much!!

We had the Kitchen Man come and change our kitchen sink on 7-19-23. Gustavo came with two helpers. He was amazing! He did an absolutely amazing job. He was so sweet and was very clean with absolutely no mess. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE KITCHEN MAN!!!! Chris the owner is fantastic with great employees such as Jackie in the office!! She knows the business and they all were so easy to work with. I couldn't be happier and so pleased we stopped into their Winnabow showroom. And so happy to shop LOCAL!!! We had two (2) countertops replaced in our bathrooms. The service from selection, measuring, installation and follow up was outstanding. Would definitely use them again.

Wow, we are so super satisfied with our FABULOUS kitchen countertop from The Kitchen Man that you can change your name to The Kitchen Superman! Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you to Amanda and Jackie for being sooo patient and kind and we truly appreciate that (choosing a countertop is a tough job!). Thanks to Alex for explaining the measurement process to me and loving on my dog, Sky, while she was here, a true dog lover!

What a wonderful experience we had dealing with the entire staff at The Kitchen Man. We have done a couple of small renovations in our homes over the years and dealing with contractors can sometimes be difficult. We have never had such a great team to work with. Amanda, Jacki, Alex and the great installation crew, all were very professional, fast, efficient and very skilled at what they do. I have to give a special shout out to John, their tile guy. I selected a beachy stone backsplash that is sometimes difficult to install so that the wavy joints don't jump out at you. He had the patience and took the time to make it absolutely perfect. Check out the photos! At a time when it seems that customer service has disappeared at many organizations, this company has far exceeded our expectations. They helped take a dark and dated kitchen and uplift it into a room that brings a smile to my face every time I walk into the room! ~ Craig & Monica H.

We couldn’t be happier with our new backsplash! See before and after pics below! John from The Kitchen Man did such a super job of turning my kitchen from meh to wow!! It’s amazing how much the subway tile dresses it up. The customer service provided to us by both Amanda and Jackie was beyond reproach! We highly recommend the Kitchen Man.

It was a pleasure doing business with the Kitchen Man company. The ladies were very helpful and in helping me chose the granite tops. I had the kitchen and two bathroom sinks done. The installers did a great job installing the tops. It was fascinating watching the installer mix the colors in the epoxy for the one seam in the tops. You have to look very closely to see the seam, otherwise it is not noticeable. Overall, I give them 10 out of 10.

Excellent company with professional and experienced sales people and craftsmen. They have an excellent selection of granite and marble, and were able to complete our work within 2 weeks after signing the contract. We highly recommend The Kitchen Man for all your kitchen and bathroom room remodeling needs.

From the beginning when Chris, aka The Kitchen Man, came out we knew we’d found someone who knew kitchens. He took a look, asked our budget, and 2 days later we had our design.
He told us it would be 2wks from demo to completion & it was!
And, his office & construction people are terrific.
Counters, cabinets, tile, all exactly what I was hoping for & he delivered!

What more can I ask for, great value, they are responsive. They are on time. Melissa on the phone was very friendly. They swapped out my double basin under mounted sink, with a single. Another different local granite company did not want to touch this request and gave me a hard time. Kitchen Man guys did it with quality and speed. They even pointed out issues with the original install (original installer did not have the sink connected to supports, and misaligned radiuses). The price was extremely fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. My only regret was not calling them sooner. 6 out of 5 stars.

I love my new bathroom cabinet and countertop. Communication, quality of product and customer service were excellent from start to finish. I ordered my cabinet in December but because of supply chain issues, I was told it would take 3 months before they could install it. They stayed in touch during the 3 months and were very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. The installation was flawless. This is the second time I have used The Kitchenman and I would definitely use them again.

We changed our 4x8 island counter top with a beautiful granite that Garrett helped us pick. The finished piece is perfect. All of the office staff we worked with were knowledgeable , the template measurements were perfect, the fabrication is flawless.
I would recommend The Kitchen Man without hesitation.

The entire experience with the Kitchen Man team was outstanding. They quickly greeted us and were very attentive to what we were looking for. They had the granite slabs onsite so we could pick out our actual slab.
They scheduled a template visit and that went very smoothly and timely.
The crew arrived early and jumped into the job. They displayed great attention to detail and completed the job on time and cleaned up completely after themselves.

Our experience with Kitchen Man was fantastic from the moment we pulled in to the lot, met our sales professional, Jackie, selected our marble, and had it installed. The installers arrived right on time, were neat, cordial and went straight to work. When the job was completed they cleaned all their work. When we are ready to update our second bath we will be sure to use Kitchen Man again.

Their whole team was awesome. They were great to work with and super flexible while I coordinated with other contractors on my project. They were always on time, no surprises, and quality of their work was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone looking to renovate.

We have used Kitchen Man in the past for granite in our rentals. When it was time to do our own kitchen, we looked no further. Every step of the journey with Kitchen Man was beyond expectations with an exemplary communication and attention to detail. The owners Chris and Amanda are fabulous people and their business sense and values are seen throughout their staff. We fell in love with a unique quartzite in their yard and designed a kitchen around that stone with the professional guidance and help of Dave and Jackie. Chris' attention to detail and perfectionism guided the layout and fabrication of the tops and the result is stunning. Brian did an awesome job in the installation and his skills are at the top. Everything about our relationship with them has been fantastic, we enthusiastically recommend them for your projects.
