Mike was amazing! I was experiencing issues with my phone. He the issue right away. He setup everything. He was kind and efficient. I was literally in and out. I would drive all the way back here from Montgomery county just for that type of service. Thank you so much!!

This is the second time my husband and I came to this store and had an amazing experience. The first time we came Tera walked us through our whole bill and the services we were receiving and helped clear up some confusion we had after we bought a phone from another store. She was so patient and helpful as neither my hubs or I are super tech-y people. We left feeling so confident!

Today we came back and it was Tera again! She was amazing and helped us choose the right devices we needed for our kids and set us up with the best available deal.

Everyone at the store was super friendly and helpful!

Updated to say: New Rep was the best and more than exceeded our expectations. Tara is an example of how customer care should be. I’m very happy with our new phones and service!

Rep was not concerned about what we wanted as customers and told us what we needed to get-because he said it was free and nothing is better than free- we even had to ask him to please check in the back because we did NOT want regular 128gb 14 when we all have 256gb pro max’s? He said all they have in stock is ONE 14 plus for our 4 line deal. Absolute mistake - very Unhappy with the phones we were DOWN graded to- 13 pro max to a regular 14 is NOT an upgrade and my phone case doesn’t fit! even my son asked for the iPad 10pro and wanted to pay for the additional purchase and the rep decided he should get the 9th gen and told him to go to Walmart and get a Bluetooth keyboard? He didn’t even realize he was pushed to pay for this and doesn’t even want the entire deal anymore. Absolute worse service. I’ve never met someone so opinionated about what they think you should buy- just because I have 2 babies and want to SAVE doesn’t mean we’re poor- we came to shop, look at other option and were paying for something we don’t even want? SMH don’t go here.

SUPERIOR customer service from Marxus. We had a mess with our new phones and our account and after a lot of effort he was able to get us squared away. He patiently answered ALL of our questions. He was polite, efficient and thorough! He deserves at least 10 stars! Thanks, Marxus!

Went to this Verizon retail store with questions about warranty on my phone case and to inquire about upgrading a second telephone. The Verizon representative, Marxus was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with us through a purchase and transfer of all information held in the original cell. Highly recommend this representative and location.

We went into a corporate store today and i am happy to say that tera was amazing! We were all over the place trying to fix our phone problems and she was right there with a smile ready to help us. Even though we were a little difficult she was there to help us the whole way. Thank you so much tera you are truly amazing and we truly appreciate you for helping us out how you did!

Marvin was the man! For all things Verizon Marvin is the guy you go to. He gave exceptional customer service. He helped with everything with ease. He made me feel at home. Brought down my monthly bill and crossed everything off my list I was trying to accomplish. Marvin deserves a raise or promotion. So much potential for a guy like that!

Charlotte was incredible!!! She cleared up a big mess that a franchise store created and was able to get our original order cancelled and got us the phone that my wife wanted that they had in stock. She went WAY BEYOND what our expectations were and continued to impress as she also saved us a lot of money on both the phone and accessories!!!!!

My iPhone had been dropping calls and loosing connection for several weeks. I was ready to throw it out the window. I posted in the Frederick FB group explaining my frustration and asking suggestions for switching carriers. Aaron, from the Verizon Frederick office, DM'd me and offered to help. I came in, he worked his magic, and my phone has been working better ever since. Thank you, Aaron, for saving my phone and my sanity!

I was very pleased with my visit this morning. I was greeted at the door and kindly directed to go see Dena. My phone had no service. She quickly identified the problem, did what it took to fix it, and all was done at no charge. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes.

I have always used this location as my go-to when in need of an upgrade; but today I was blown away. In the past the service has always been okay and I'd describe as "getting the job done". Today, Dena greeted me as I tried to sneak in with a welcoming personality and was able to coach me into the features of what I was looking at. She was knowledgeable and very passionate about making sure I was happy with what I needed. Dena then did a very thorough job explaining my existing plan and what would change with my new phone. She walked me through my next action steps for when I got home in turning the phone on and took the moment it takes to make sure I understood. This was the first time going home and actually having zero issues when making the new phone switch. Truly, thank you Dena!!!!

Visited the store as it is a true Verizon store and have had great success in the past. Need upgrade of one phone and of course needed to update our plan to accommodate another 5G line. No problem I said due to minimal additional monthly expense and some additional services provided for the money. Problem began once new plan was pushed, it would not accept one of the current phones on the plan. Not an old phone, just for some reason would not allow the upgrade to fully complete to the new phone. This blocked the purchase of the new upgraded phone and held them and us in our tracks. Were being told by all levels of their support from 1 - "Urgent Care" that we'd have to wait 24 hours. Hmm one phone dead and another in limbo because of a backend system failure to operate. Onsite Verizon staff (TJ, Charlotte and the others) were fantastic, took almost 4 hours for them to finally say they had done all they could. Very acceptable to me with the amount of time they tried to help and their level of frustration as well.
Came back next morning met with Charlotte, she produced new SIMM card for failed phone with same number (Boom Fixed); had new phone all configured and ready to go (Boom Fixed). Knocked it out of the park!!! I will go back again, maybe even to drop by pizza at lunch for them.
People be patient with these people, they deal with all kinds of lacking back end support from Verizon corporate. You want to slam Verizon, look to their leadership and ask why they are not providing their public facing staff better tools and support.
