First time visiting and was kicking myself for not eating here sooner! Stopped in for Bbq sandwiches to take home. I got there before lunch so there was parking. I ordered and waited at a table. The place is like an old timey soda shop. People seated at counter on barstools. There were a few tables. Everyone was so friendly and offered me something to drink while I waited. It was clean and very inviting atmosphere. Service was quick. We loved the sandwiches! I was surprised by the size of the sandwich and amount of bbq and slaw. The best bbq sandwich in area! We loved the food! Looking forward to going back to try other goodies from the menu!

We had a wonderful dinner at this authentic treasure of homestyle southern cooking! Every dish was delicious and our waitress was friendly and helpful. We spoke with the owner and she was delightful! Very welcoming and full of southern hospitality and charm! Highly recommended!

This is a “home town” diner. I have been going for years. The staff is amazing…friendly and they call you by name when you are a regular. The food is fresh, filling and great. Best burger and hot dog in town. Busy because it’s good. No disappointment here.

Ordered the grilled chicken plate with 3 sides: Mashed potatoes, cornbread and peaches for dessert. With half and half sweet, unsweet iced tea . . . It's a southern thing!

Ask for Ashley . . . She'll treat you right! Tasty and also very affordable diner food. Last time I had the flounder. Very good!

Very very good food! Hand Patty burgers, homemade coleslaw and homemade desserts. Don't forget the homemade chilli.
Staff was awesome and friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely phenomenal food and service!
I had the country style steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans and corn bread. The steak was fall-apart tender and delicious. All the sides were fresh and Absolutely yummy. Ashley was our waitress and was very helpful and attentive despite it being a full house and very busy.

There’s no words that really can describe the friendliness and delicious food! We saw this on FB and decided to stop. Best decision of the day! Sweetest people that I have met in a long time! Food was out of this world and the desserts were homemade heaven! My husband dropped his wallet in the parking lot and they kept it safe until we could get back. Stop by when you can and tell them Rachel and Danny said hi! ♥

My wife and I ate here today for the first time. Food was delicious. Country style steak with mashed potatoes, fried okra and iced tea. $9.99. The owner came by to thank us for coming in and give us a little history of the restaurant. She started working there in the 1980’s! Put this place on your bucket list if you haven’t been there yet!

Every time I eat there no matter what I order it cooked like I asked and the food quality is always excellent. Never over priced!
Several different ladies have been our waitresses all of which take real good care of you with your drinks and service.
And "if" you have any extra space in your tummy, you MUST try their homemade cake!
