We are part of the Burke County branch but reside in Catawba. When purchasing our vehicle after normal hours, the dealership wouldn’t let us leave without the vehicle on the insurance. Proof of insurance wouldn’t work. After calling multiple numbers, Mr. Bradley Killian called back! He’s not our agent and he didn’t have to help. He went out of his way to not only add the vehicle to the insurance but to speak to the dealership as well. 100% recommend this branch!

We were buying a house up in Newton last year and our realtor gave us a couple of homeowners insurance companies to get prices from. We called 3 companies and Bradley @ farm bureau was the only one that quickly got back to us. He was super responsive, explaining everything to us & making sure we were completely happy with the product. Anytime I need to make changes to our homeowners or car insurance policies, I text him and he handles it. One time he was even @ the dentist and still got our stuff sent to the local dmv. I cannot recommend Bradley Killian & his crew @ conover farm bureau enough. In this day and age I surely didn’t think this level of service still existed. Never thought insurance could be a painless experience, but it is with him.
