They do a excellent job at finding great insurance coverage at reasonable prices. They also look out for you when renewals come up. I just had a renewal of a business owner's policy where the insurance company was jumping the rates for no reason at all. The staff is amazing! I want to personally give a huge Thank You to Andrea Draughan and Andy Cote. The great service and professionalism these two show me on a constant basis is immaculate. I can email Andrea and in minutes I get an answer. I moved to SC 8 years ago, but there was never a question of moving to a different insurance company. These people are a part of our family and we are so appreciative of everything they do for us.
