What an amazing team! I had my initial visit, and I was very impressed with the level of service. The dentist, Dr. Dinh, is informative, thorough, and not in a rush. He made me feel very welcome. The dental assistant, Lisa, is very personable, funny, and reassuring. I loved getting my teeth cleaned by Amy, who has a wonderful personality and made the time fly by. I was blown away by how amazing this practice is once you get past the front desk folks (definitely not the friendliest or most patient when explaining things). But what really matters are the people taking care of your teeth. Great job, Dr. Dinh, Lisa, and Amy! You are all rockstars!

I've had a cleaning and two fillings done here, and every experience has been great! The staff is fun and friendly, and I've always been impressed by how short the appointments were. When I moved to Frederick I tried Family Smile Center based on the overwhelming positive reviews, and I'm glad I did! I would absolutely recommend getting any dental work done here.

I have been going to Family Smile Center LLC for 10+ years now and EVERY time has been a phenomenal experience. The facility is extremely clean and brimming with state of the art technology. The entire staff is welcoming and very friendly. Dr. Dinh is a gifted dentist that provides top notch results time after time. He had even fixed a previous dentists (Not from Family Smile Center) mistake with No charge!

The Family Smile Center delivers consistently superb, professional care. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and I trust them with my family's dental needs. My son had a dental emergency, and they returned my emergency call promptly after hours, gave solid advice, and fit him in the next morning for a thorough exam.

I have had the pleasure of seeing him several times. Each time I have seen him his office and himself have been so accommodating . I have never had a dentist that spends the time with you they do. He is very thorough and very gentle explaining everything. His assistant is just as knowledgeable as him at her position. She makes you feel
comfortable. The office staff too explains everything and are very pleasant.

Ive been going to Family Smile Center for a few years now, and they have been the best dentists I've ever had!! Friendly, knowledgable, and prompt. Never once have I waited beyond my appointment time, as it always start on time. The front desk staff are the best in the business, and setting up an appointment or changing is never an issue. Don't remember when my husband and I started coming to Family Smile Center but it has been well over 5 years. I used to take my two kids to a pediatrics dental place but switched them to FSC because they are the best.
Ryann is great with the kids. Laura is the best hygienist, always giving you great advice and resources.

I see Dr. Dinh and he is wonderful!! I have had a rough road ahead of me for not having dental insurance since 2008. He just makes you feel welcomed and he has great bedside manners! I would recommend anyone to them. The front desk staff is wonderful and keep in touch with you when dealing with insurance and anything else. The dental staff is also wonderful. I just love going there.

We've been using Family smile ctr for years. Great people, always nice, friendly, and professional. They have taken excellent care of our whole family. Our 3 kids had their braces done wth them also with beautiful results. Highly recommended.

We just moved into the area and our son recommended we try the Family Smile Center. Everyone treated us so professionally and kind. They did an outstanding job on cleaning our teeth and the crown I got was the best fit I have ever had. I would definitely recommend them to you if you need a great Dentist and supporting team!

The staff is extremely polite and friendly, Dr.Din is if very knowledgeable, he explains the procedure, problems , issues and how to maintain healthier teeth and gums. NO DENTIST EVER IM MY LIFE BEEN SO PERSONAL. I would recommend everyone who has, had bad dentist experience to go here. You will not be disappointed!

I have not been to the dentist in over 12 years and I was quite pleased with the overall experience with Dr. Dinh, his staff, and office. Everyone was professional and friendly. Not your usual boring elevator music atmosphere. Very cozy waiting area with CNN on the tube and a fun video game section for my kids! Bottom line, my teeth and gums are healthy once again. Will be taking my kids there on a regular basis, thanks Family Smile Ctr.
