Melinda and her team was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. They also took time and explained how the coronavirus has affected the waiting period of receiving my taxes back. Very friendly staff, I highly recommend this account service!

Delta is a 5 star accounting firm. All of the employees are wonderful each and every time we call and/or come in. Mrs. Garrett has been a great help with our company, Clay's Automotion Inc., when changing from another accountant. We would not recommend anyone except Melinda and Ann, if you need accounting assistance. They will go to the mat for your needs.

I've used this company for 3 years. Every time I hand in my taxes in April. Every time I get them back in JULY! When we call, they're rude or ignore us. We didn't call at all until last week. They never called back. My husband went in and they were rude again. Never going back. So much for helping a small business.

I called Delta Business Systems last Friday to ask a general question about capital gains tax so I could make an informed decision. I gave my information, and was told I would receive a call back. I called again the following Monday, gave the same information, and eventually did received a very nasty call back:

Melinda Garrett has prepared my taxes twice in the past, and we agreed I would try to get another appointment in May after her schedule cleared up a little. After this, I was told that I was lucky to have received a call back from her at all, that most tax professionals wouldn't have bothered with me. She continually pointed out that I hadn't used her services last year, and blatantly told me "time is money" while she huffed and puffed asking me a series of questions about my income, etc. that had nothing to do with my initial simple general question. She accused me of demanding that she "talk to me this minute," when my words to her assistant were, "I'm sorry to call back so soon, I didn't realize I was in a time-sensitive position (to close on a house)."

It was the single most unprofessional experience I have ever been subjected to. I would write more, but I want to be sure this review can not be wrongfully removed for disparaging a company's name.

For the record, I called another company immediately following our distressing phone call, and they gladly answered my question, while pointing out a potential error she had made while talking to me.

I called one Monday morning asking for an appointment. The receptionist took my info and said someone would call before the end of the day. The following Monday having still not heard from them I called back and explained if they were too busy to help me to just please tell me. Again my info was taken and I was assured a return call by end of day.
My first call was Nov. 23rd and today is Dec. 9th and I have yet to receive a call. I finally called another company and everything was taken care of by end of business the next day.

The worse experience ever in dealing with a tax service. There were issues and no accountability. It is 11/22 and we still do not have a large refund for 2020 taxes.
