Amazing experience with Frederick Roof Repair (FRR), installing our new roof. Starting with the initial request for information, Stefan was very quick to reply and come meet us for survey and discussion. He was very informative with options and comparisons to others.

Responsive, unlike the larger roofing companies. I called Frederick Roof Repair, and Stefan showed up on a white horse (Ford Pickup) and saved my home from additional water damage. I had been waiting for almost 10 days for a local big roofing company that my homeowner insurance recommended. Each passing day, I’d hoped that no additional rain fell. Stefan and his team are top-notch professionals. I need a full roof repair. They came as a recommendation from my neighbor. I called several companies to get quotes, but never got the same experience as I did with Stefan. He was detailed, thorough and articulate. Great service! After I filled the online request, Stefan came the next day to give me an estimate, and provided a good explanation about the material and process. His workers were respectful and worked diligently. No worries about trash disposal, and the price was reasonable compared to current inflation.

While working on a bathroom ceiling fan replacement, I found some moisture on the joists in the ceiling of our second floor. Upon inspection of the attic of our 100-year-old house, I discovered some water stains on a few of the beams. I suspected a roof leak. After doing some research, we called the the local company that seems to receive the most referrals. They pretty quickly put me off saying I'd first need a roof inspection, then they'd do the repairs - and, they, of course, do not do roof inspections.
Then, I found Frederick Roof Repair. Stefan was very friendly to talk to and was inquisitive to know if I wanted a roof replacement or just some repair work. When I explained my situation, he said he'd come out and assess the situation. He came to our home within a few hours. He quickly and honestly determined that there were no repairs needed - the moisture on the joists was due to condensation from the faulty, unsealed bathroom fan, the stains were from before the most recent roof was installed, and the roof that we've got would probably never leak!
Stephan also explained that the other company we called was probably only interested in doing full-roof replacement and a small repair job wasn't big enough for them.
Wow! He could have taken us for several thousand dollars of roof repair, but he was prompt, friendly, and very honest! He won our business, if we ever need it! What a great guy! His expertise was apparent and figured out that the leak wasn't caused from a roof problem, but something else.
