Tommy was so great to work with. He genuinely cares for his clients. He gave me the advice and steps to take to get my credit score from the mid 500s to being able to get approved for a loan once I got my score above 640 in months. He answered every question I had no matter the time of day. Anytime I run into anyone wanting to purchase a home, I’m definitely gonna send them Tommy’s way.

This bank closes accounts on people even though they have never missed a payment or been late of any sort. The account is paid in full with a zero balance and yet they determined that I was a credit risk after have over 3k in credit limit. They will never get my business, my families business, nor my businesses business. Terrible treatment of good customers. Bye

I dislike this branch. This is my second time coming in here and it’s been the same result both times. I LOVE the branch on legacy and independence. If you don’t like black people, if you don’t have the time or patience maybe you don’t have Customer Service skills, please reconsider working at a bank. I feel out of place. No one addresses who they are and when I asked for the withdrawal he had to step away from the counter and go to the back, first time this has ever happened to me at any bank. They count your money in front of you, ask do you want an envelope if you haven’t asked for one already and they make sure you’re satisfied and ok when you leave. I’m just gone close my account soon and keep it moving. FYI, BLACK PEOPLE GET & HAVE MONEY TOO….

Discrimination and racism. Guess white people dislike other races asking to withdraw more than a tellers salary is hard to swallow.
