Somerset at Spring Creek

I’ve been living here about 2.5 months now and I love it! Their communication is amazing and consistent….maintenance is so awesome and thorough, he goes above and beyond every single time! Trash pick up is reliable as well as pest control!

My only inconvenience (which is out of their control) darn crickets but if I could get rid of them permanently I’d be happier!

I hope they don’t increase rent much upon renewal because I really wanna stay here !

Stopped by last week for a property tour with Jasmin and her vibes were great, the community was awesome and enjoyed the amenities they had on site. Would recommend this community to anyone in the area if you’re looking for a great team in the office who will help you out!

Beautiful community with one of the best locations in west Plano office staff provides you with top notch customer service really love this community and maintenance team does a superb service so knowledgeable friendly and profesional best maintenance team I have ever seen in any apartment community I have ever lived work order get done super fast highly recommend this community to anybody

The staff is amazing! The office staff was very responsive, friendly, and always eager to assist. Also, I want to mention the maintenance staff was the same ~ always friendly" The apartment layout was perfect for me and family. When I would send a maintenance request, it was always taken care of right away & done to perfection.. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

this is a great residential to live at we have been living here for over a year. jasmine has always taken care of any issue we have, the staff is great n so is the atmosphere!

I’ve been living at Somerset in Plano for more then 4 years. Exceptional staff and great location. Very peaceful community. Staff will help you right away with your needs and they will work with you. Highly recommend

This will be our second year in this community, and so far we been having a great experience, neighborhood is nice, location is great, all basic need you can find it walking distance from the apartments.
Claudia at the lease office is always been very professional and help us with any concern or issue we had.
We can not complaint about the service.
I would like to see maybe some upgrades in common areas like gym or laundry room, but so far we are happy, may wife and I definitely can recommend this apartments.👍👍👍

The office staff is very helpful and super friendly. The maintenance team are awesome and respond in a timely manner. I love the amenities. The gym is open 24/7 and my pets love the dog park on property.

Great location, Friendly and responsive staff, nice neighbourhood in busy Plano. Most of your activities can be completed without a car since major grocery stores, resturants are within walkable distance.

I’m a resident and have lived here for a year. We recently changed property management so I had called regarding my rent and how to go about paying it. Edgar was extremely helpful and friendly! He took the time to walk me through the new resident portal and showed me how to set up my account for auto draft. I’m excited about the new management and the direction the apartment is moving in!

I am excited and cannot wait to move in! I am relocating from Charlotte, NC to Plano, TX due to job relocation. I stayed in a property here in Charlotte that is own by the same company. Dustin and Nora has made the process a convenient and peaceful transition. Each time I have call for feedback Dustin was there to answer the phone during the office hours. When ask to speak with the Property manager Nora. He provided me the time she would be there and when to call. Talking with them, two make me confident that my concerns will be address quickly during my stay with them. January cannot come fast enough! I am ready for the transition and move thanks to them two!

My family and I have had a great experience with management here. In the mist of all of the craziness with Covid-19, Edgar has been wonderful. From the 1st day of him coming, he sat down with my mother and I asking if we had any concerns. He listed a number of changes to improve our complex. His personality was the 1st thing we noticed. Each time we see him or anyone that works with him, it's all positive and they are always willing to go above & beyond. Thanks for all you do.

Wow.. you're lucky if you find another place better then here! Right in my price range and surrounded by so many great establishments! Who doesn’t want to wake up and beat the line at Starbucks or pick up some Whataburger after a long day lol even when i came in on a busy day i was helped by Stephanie and man she made the experience so much better. So knowledgeable about her community and helpful in every regard. I felt like a bother when i came in and noticed she was busy but she made me feel right at home! She let me know right away that she was more then happy to attend me and now that i think about it i never stopped seeing her smiling! Ive been to so any places that made me feel like i was just another “body” or would be less knowledgeable then their actual website. But if the great location and great prices doesn’t win you over then the amazing community and management here like Stephanie will. With everything going on in a post COVID world, Stephanie and her management will make you feel at home!

The best complex in Plano beautiful apartments with nice amenities area the leasing agent Jasmin Mijares was very professional and cordial and super nice she showed everything around in the tour and explained the whole process of what I need and helped Me in things that I couldn’t figure out how to fill out overall my experience wit Somerset at spring creek apartments was the best and thank You again to the leasing lady Jasmin When I went over a couple times she was the only there and she was very helpful that lady needs a raise the way she treated me made me feel like I was home so most definitely I will get me an apartment here and I encourage you to do the same ask for jasmin when you go trust me you will get the best service from her I guarantee you
