Amalfi's Pizza of Conover

This was our first time there. Wow!!! 💜
We had fried cauliflower, Stromboli, calzones, pizza, chicken Alfredo, salad, and spaghetti. I recommend all of these items!! All of it was fabulously delicious!!!

We were also celebrating 2 birthdays. They made our birthday dinner celebration extra special!! Thank you!!!

My husband and I met here for dinner last week, and let me tell you it was DEEELISHOUS!! You can tell the quality of their ingredients are top notch! We had a small Steak Stromboli, and we added mushrooms!! I can't tell you enough on how good it was! We also had Deluxe French Fries thar were amazing. Clean, courteous, and very reasonable priced! We will definitely be back!!

Amalfi's is a great Italian restaurant! Whether you dine in or take it home the food quality is terrific. I love their meatballs & sauce. Pizza is great. And we have catered before & gotten pans of baked ziti & meatballs/sauce. Delicious! Go there!!

It was my husband and I's 2nd outing to Amalfi's and wow, it was so good! The first time we got pizza and then tonight we ordered burgers. My husband got the bacon burger and I got the mushroom pepper jack burger. They came with fries and WOW, the burgers were fantastic and delicious and the fries were so nicely crisp!! Come here and get the pizza, of course, and then try the burgers. As my husband and I left, a faithful customer of theirs recommended we also try their pastas. As stated, the food was delicious, incredible, and most certainly worth the price. The service was good and the staff were nice.

We usually get the calzone because they are delicious. But, today we decided on lasagna. The portions were huge, especially for the price. It cost 10.99 per plate. The plate was full! I can probably eat from that same dish for 3 or more meals. We both had to get
to-go plates. I actually like Amalfi's lasagna better than Olive Garden.

The best way to judge the quality of a pizza joint is to order just a cheese pizza, if they mess up a cheese pizza, that's not the place to be.
Amalfi's did not disappoint. The crust was delicious and perfectly cooked, sauce to crust to cheese ratio was perfect. I felt there was a little too much cheese but who's going to complain about that? The canoli and tiramisu were both delicious. I ordered the cold Italian sandwich. I didn't like it, and would not order it again.
We have been all over Catawba County trying to find good pizza since many of our go-to places have declined while raising their prices. I think it's safe to say that if you want good pizza, this is the place to go!

Some of the best food out there! The Diavlo wrap is my favorite. And I haven’t tried a pasta sauce here I haven’t liked. They are all delicious. The arribiatta, Alfredo, and bolognese are the best in my opinion and in that order.

We've been going here for years (since before I graduated high school). The pizza is perfect every time. Prices have gone up, but with inflation, it's expected. You can get it by the slice, two slice is like a personal sized pizza but you can customize toppings too with the single slices. Pizzas aren't overtaken by the sauce, they've got 3 different pizza seasonings (garlic, Italian, and parmesan). And like any pizza, it tastes good cold too, even better with less sauce.

Fantastic food!! All of the staff is very courteous and willing to get your food to you as quick as possible without compromise on quality!!

Very good food. I ordered Pizza which was very good. Coming from NYC, I know good pizza and have finally found good pizza. The Calzone is OMG!! just try it for yourself.

Best Pizza in the area. Meatball Sub and the Cheesesteak are some of the best sandwiches around. Highly recommend.

Love this place, the people are always friendly and the food is always great. The price is always good also. Chicken Alfredo is my favorite. Just add broccoli and bacon.

My 4 year old son loves their pizza! He always ask to go there. I haven't gotten anything that I do not like but my #1 favorite is the wings! The prices are great also. In the picture is the pizza sandwich! Amazing!! They also have great lunch deals daily!

Please mention you read my review to Stacy and left if you visit Amalfi's I will add a photo of next calzone I get from this incredibly awesome restaurant. I bought a calzone today and I ordered a large thinking that since I am big man and I like to eat that large would be enough to satisfy my appetite. If you haven't eaten at Amalfi's restaurant you are missing out on an icon meal. The calzone was first and foremost delicious very delicious. I forgot to take a picture of the calzone today but I want you to imagine a large pizza from any chain pizza place now increase the size by at least 25% larger than any large pizza now put spinach ricotta cheese chicken any topping you like and then fold the largest pizza you have ever seen and that is a calzone from Amalfi's restaurant this one calzone was enough to feed three big hungry men like me. I would be willing to drive 3 or 4 hours just to get a calzone from Amalfi's restaurant. Please please if you haven't tried it order a calzone from Amalfi's restaurant. Please tell them you read my review and I will be adding picture soon. Lexi and Stacy work the front counter Lexi took my order Saturday and Stacy took my order Tuesday night. They are as nice and good as the calzone big personalities with friendly kind service. Don't forget to please mention you read this review if you visit Amalfi's thank you. Thusday 8/27/20 3rd visit to Amalfi's this time I ordered the cheese burger. I have lots and lots of options for where I can eat and spend my money. I am very picky eater I either love it or not and I have chosen to eat at this restaurant3 times in a week. The burger and fries are better than any place selling burgers and better than McDonald's fries IMO and I love fries. I forgot to take a pic before I started eating so the burger and fries were halfway gone when I took pics the whole staff there are so friendly and kind.
