Shoe Carnival

We stopped by on a busy Saturday before Xmas to get our kids some new sneakers. It's usually a stressful experience, but the staff and selection made it awesome!! Shout out to cashier Jay for interacting so well with our kids. Another great staffer measured our kids feet and was so helpful. I'll definitely come back for more kid shoes.

Great place to get shoes from. They have vans, Nike, crocs, under-armor,and many more great brands. They usually have really good deals like by one shoe get fifty percent off your second shoe. I get a ton of shoes from this store. I have gotten work, church, and tennis shoes from here. I have never had a problem with the workers there. They have always been great. I would highly suggest you giving this shoe store some business.

I stopped in to see if they could help me exchange an item my daughter got for her birthday. They have a huge selection of crocs and the best prices I've seen. The two employees that were working were super friendly and helpful. I don't live in this county but I'll be back to this store!

Went in 15 minutes before closing and the staff was very helpful! They didn't rush me out or act rude! Ended up ordering my daughter's shoes for Christmas! Very friendly and helpful! Definitely will be going back to this location!

I gave them a five-star the manager at the store she was new she helped me out she was very kind with the return I had the store manager regional manager was very kind and polite I couldn't never have gotten a better experience than any other store I think keep doing a good job guys

Great experience - found a really nice, affordable, and comfortable pair of black flats for $30. Will definitely be back here when I need shoes. Very affordable prices and vast selection.

They're very helpful the young ladies help me every time I can't remember the names but they do a great job and I always find what I want and I will be there today this Monday the 18th buy more shoes.

The selection of brands is better than many other discount shoe stores, the prices are comparable (and affordable especially with their frequent sales), and the staff are approachable and friendly. Not much more to say than if you're looking for shoes you should stop here.

My experience shopping at shoe carnival was wonderful I found my three kids a pair of white Nikes at a wonderful price and in my budget which is hard to find. And I received a discount. 🤣👌

I love this place, their prices buy one get one half off and if you have coupons your chances are that you will walk out the store with a free pair of shoes.

Accident place to go for a variety of shoes they have many sizes usually if I want to get one half off BOGO sale

I like it. Buy 1 get 2nd for half price. I went in twice and came home with 4 pairs. ;o)

The floor staff and cashier were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will shop this location again (North Pointe).
