Exceptional!! I had a guy ghost me at the last minute. I called up Laura after having a recommendation to them, she got her guys out here next morning. They’re on time, efficient and extremely competitive with their pricing.

We used Laura & Pancho's to repair water damage on the ceiling of our master caused from a leak in our roof and remove the popcorn ceiling. They scheduled our quote quickly and got us on the calendar. The day before they were scheduled to start, we got a reminder text message. They were there on time, worked quickly and professionally, and did a really excellent job. They cleaned everything up when they were done. We were very happy with them and would definitely use them again.

I needed my deck repaired and stained and contacted Laura and Pancho which was recommended by a different company I had work with. The first time I called Laura provided an estimate but I wanted someone to come out and check to make sure the estimate covered all work. The date we scheduled no one came or called and I txt and left a msg but there was no response. I first thought it was odd I didn’t hear back but reached out again after a few weeks because things come up since they are a family business. Laura mentioned some personal family issues and we set up another appt. She came over and gave me an estimate via email for my deck and my front stoop also needed some repairs too. They were pleasant to work with and was flexible on waiting to stain the deck due to rain in the forecast. They needed to do more repairs on the deck and sent 2 estimates that I approved. My deck and stoop look great and would definitely work with them again. They did a great job!

We had Laura and Panchos repaint our exterior window frames. We have an older home with the original wood frames so it wasn't an easy job in my opinion.

Laura was fantastic to work with! She was able to get us scheduled in quickly. During the project she was in constant communication and made sure her team new what we we wanted. I would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended and will use them again. Had another company come in a finish drywall mudding a room over our garage. The work wasn’t great to say the least. Laura and Pancho’s crew came in, cleaned up the previous work and painted the room for us. They were thorough, clean, and worked the entire day (Saturday) until it was done. What an amazing company! Super reliable, professional and awesome prices! We now exclusively use Laura and Pancho for all our painting needs. I have recommended them to family and friends too. They have pained our exterior, interior and kitchen cabinets. So a variety of projects and have done a quick and wonderful job on all of them. My husband has remarked several times on how Pancho is able to hand paint items with no brush stroke marks. And they do an amazing job with spraying too! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Laura, Pancho and their team are so professional and always on time, which seems to be rare in the construction/painting field! Laura is super quick to respond to questions, and they didn't nickel and dime us for silly line items like other companies quoted. They did a fantastic job fixing our ceiling after a roof leak, and we will be using them for more work in the future.

Our issue started out with a leak that left some water stains on the ceilings. I thought i could patch popcorn ceilings and paint everything to match. Long story short, contact Laura & Pancho’s. We had the popcorn ceilings removed/painted. On time. Easy to communicate with. Highly recommend. Job well done.

Our deck needed a major overhaul, we found Laura and Pancho on Nextdoor. They gave us a estimate and a promise they could make our deck look brand new. They showed up when they said they would, they completed the job

They did an excellent job replacing rotting wood at the bottom of my exterior doors. They were very punctual and professional. Got right to work and completed the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Wonderful people to deal with! We had interior work done and the house looks new. The final walkthrough and touch up was great. They fixed every little blemish with a smile. Very customer oriented.

These folks painted the shutters on our house the day after I contacted them. A few months later, they did our dining room and front door. The work space is kept clean and they take pride in doing a quality job.

Great job on our exterior siding repairs. But no response both times we asked for a quote on repairing and staining our deck. Laura came out both times (about 6 mo or so apart) and just never got back with a quote. This last time I texted a reminder and she said it’d be a few days. That was a month ago.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS "COMPANY." They are utterly unprofessional, they completely RUINED our house, and then failed to accept any sort of responsibility for their mistake.

We hired them to repair fascia board, clean gutters and power wash the exterior. We paid a deposit of $515, with a total cost for the job $2405.
They completed the work while we were out of town, and while the gutters do appear to be clean and the piece of rotting fascia was replaced, the power washing completely ruined our house. Upon arriving home on Sunday, we noticed discoloration of the paint above the garage. We waited a day to see if maybe something was still wet on the paint which was causing the discoloration. The next day, there was no improvement, so we messaged Laura to ask what could have caused this/if they were able to fix it.
She claimed that this happened because the paint on our house was old and hadn't been painted in some time, although she never mentioned the possible risk of this happening before we hired them for the job. What she did say at the initial meeting was that our house needed to be painted, which I agreed with, but not that it was something we planned to do at this time and would NEVER have agreed to have someone power wash if we knew this was a potential result.
Laura agreed to take the 400 dollar power washing charge off the original estimate, and as a solution, offered to have her guys come and "touch up" the botched paint job, (but we would have to pay in full first, provide the paint color, which wouldn't be the same as the rest of the house and might not "match match"). Obviously, we would not trust this company to come near our house again and run the risk of making the problem THEY CAUSED even worse by trying to touch up paint with a color that might not even match.
Now we have had to reach out to other painting companies, to get estimates to have this botched job corrected. Quotes we've received so far range from 4,000 to 6,500.
I proposed to Laura that a possible solution would be to allow her "business" to keep the deposit to pay for materials and such, but that we would deduct the amount we now have to pay to have THEIR mistake corrected from the remaining balance owed. She refused, claiming that they did nothing wrong, and the rest of the work was fine, despite the fact that we are now going to have to shell out thousands of additional dollars to correct a mistake made by them.
(Two other reputable power washing and painting companies that came by to give us estimates both said they had never seen damage like this from a power washer, and the age of the paint on the house would not have any effect, both of whom cited user error/wrong pressure or equipment as the cause. They also noticed, (as did I, AND questioned Laura twice about this--both times she denied), that it appears that one of
"her guys" noticed that the washer was ruining the paint on the garage and tried to "touch up" the paint around the outlet, but with a completely wrong, orange-ish color).
I'm disappointed that there is no option for a negative star rating.
