My latest upgrades and installation was great from sales with Ted home evaluation with Al, service team mgr Mike and install team Mark/Stan to follow on service visit with Mike and Greg were all second to none. Bjorns was fantastic and connected my tv’s and entertainment center in an efficient and effective process. Showed up on time with very competent young men who knew their stuff. The entire experience was first class. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained the differences between our final 2 choices but didn't push one product over another.
The installation team was superb. The final installed product was perfect. They spend time explaining the many features and options.

The four men that did the install are very professional and knowledgeable of the systems they installed. Thay answered all my questions and explained how everything worked. I recently bought a big screen TV from them including in-wall installation, which gave me a chance to confirm that their level of service is still unmatched in San Antonio. Keep up the good work!

First & foremost let start by saying that I've always done business with Bjourns. Dating back to the early 90's. Their professional product knowledge and service needs to only be experienced for yourselves.
I already new what I wanted, I just needed to compare the 2 TV's side bt side. Eric assisted us and showed us certain differences. We decided to think about our decision, & he even followed up by text, which we really appreciated.
No pressure at all. Gave us his knowledge, & let us make our final decision. We made our decision between 2 TV's very easy. He was able to schedule our delivery and set up, for a day that was convenient for us.
Delivery & Installation:
Mr Ronnie Rodrigues was very professional, from the time he entered our house. Ronnie & his helper both put on their shoe covers, before entering our house. Ronnie explained exactly what they were going to do. Through conversation with Ronnie he told us that he'sbeen working for Bjourns for 11 years. Kudos to Bjourns for having & holding on to experienced installers.
Our Sony TV was carefully unboxed, & Installation was excellent, even assured that it was level, & working properly. Any & all debris was vacuumed, & cleaned up afterwards. Last but not least Ronnie even tuned my Sonos Arc to my living room.

My experience with Bjorn’s has been nothing less than exceptional. When you step in the store you know right away that it’s a place of quality. Their associates make you feel welcome and help you with what you may be looking for without being pushy. Their prices are competitive. Best of all you will get the utmost professional customer service, technical service, installation service. I will never buy electronic home entertainment elsewhere. Eric has been my sales rep since I bought my LG and I even bought my last Sony online and took care of the rest on the phone with him. Btw, when you chat online it is with an actual person, not an autobot. Go drop in and just see for your self. They do not stay open late or open Sundays. That’s why they have happy employees to take better care of you.

Product is great and the installation was wonderful! Marc and his team did an excellent job with the installation. They were punctual and very friendly. They were more worried about the little details than I was and I’m a perfectionist. All in all a great experience. I highly recommend the Bjorn’s team for audio, video and smart home products and installation.

Excellent, honest service. Expert and knowledgeable installers. I am so thankful I chose Bjorn’s to guide me in setting up my media room. I bought the TV I wanted in terms of size and performance. I told them the experience I want to achieve and they showed me options and explained the different technology. You can get very sophisticated equipment at Bjorn’s and it is an exciting showroom to visit. The installers were very experienced with setting up home theaters and my TV position is set perfectly. Video settings are how I want them. I will be adding on to my media room in stages. Whatever your budget, if you want to achieve a special home theater experience I highly recommend the Bjorn’s in San Antonio TX.
