I needed some help with my WiFi and I went to Best Buy, that was a mistake! Then I came down the road to Altex. What a night and day experience! They actually asked how they could help and listened to my problems. They then took me around and gave me options. I was able to learn more about what i needed and how to install it. Super helpful and easy. Will definitely be back for more in the future.

Great service customer service, I really felt heard and acknowledged when speaking. we spent a small amount of time picking out a new PSU, and we even got some great advice about lots possible issues witch my current pc. Overall I would recommend coming here, and will come here every time I have an issue

I needed a new laptop charger since mine stopped working. Jesse was at the counter by the entrance. I asked him about a universal charger and he quickly picked up 2 for me to try with the laptop. The less expensive option worked and I was out of there in 10 minutes! Speedy service! Highly recommend!

Always a good store to visit for your electronic needs. I was able to find an RJ-45 splitter and review some switches and hubs.

While visiting, I also turned in a router and some old laptops and an iPad for recycling.

The team at the hwy-281 & Bitters area location is always very helpful.

Altex was so awesome to work with on building a gaming PC which they completed our order in less than 24 hours. Larry the manager was so helpful and knowledgeable which he took time to get to know us and explain the process.

They're a little pricey but but not too steep and they usually have the parts and tools that I need So you'll see me making last minute runs here for clients because of the good selection and availability
Its brick and mortar so obviously its going to cost more than places like Amazon

Great electronics / IT store that had what we needed to finish our install.

Every time I go to Altex they are quick to ask if I need help as soon as I walk in. The staff is very friendly and I'm always impressed with their computer knowledge. In my last visit, the store manager Larry was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about an issue with a new computer and was able to quickly diagnose that I had a faulty power supply. Very happy...not about the bad power supply...but that I now know what the actual problem is. Thanks!

This place reminds me of a store I lived near called Microcenter. Altex sells everything you need to build a computer from scratch and if they don't have it on hand they can get it quickly. This is the kind of place you go to when you need quick access to a computer cable that you lost, damaged or need to upgrade a computer component. The staff there were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Altex is my "goto" for odd computer or network related tools, adapters, batteries, network hardware, etc. Clear aisles, well lit, clean, well labeled.... And the staff is very helpful.

I went in halfway knowing what I needed. The store layout is large but never daunting and well organized and labeled and clean.

After asking some questions Josh was able to help me find the exact items I needed and helped steer me clear of unnecessary products and helped save me money.

Quick and painless just be aware that techs are not available on weekends for custom ethernet cuts for example.

Altex is a great company overall, but this has been my favorite location for years. I've yet to have even one disappointing visit. The staff is amazing and they always have what I need in stock.
