In this world of less than optimal health care service, giving a HUGE shout out to Good Life Pharmacy on Overlook Pkwy!
After following all necessary protocols to obtain a critical refill on medication for my husband, I was at my wits end.
Jessica and Sophia went above and beyond to fill the prescription for me and I am now breathing a sigh of relief.

I would love to say how amazing this pharmacy is. I was needing a prescription that insurance was not approving. Tiffany called me asking me for a number so she could make this prescription happen for me. She told me not to worry she would get this resolved and she did. She went above and beyond for me. WOW thats all I can say about her service. Now a days we here all the negative things. Well if your having a bad day go see Tiffany, her voice will bring anyone joy. Love this pharmacy. Close and convenient. I appreciate the small business vibe and service. They’re all so kind and helpful here. We have been using them quite some time and not one time have they been rude or snappy! Even when I’m being confused and annoying. I appreciate you guys so much!!!

Amazing pharmacy, staff, and owners. I’m shocked to see someone reviewing them negatively so nasty down there based on a lit up sign outside of their home. That’s pretty hysterical and childish if you think about it. Show how jealous people are of happy successful people. Very proud to have these people as our neighborhood pharmacy owners. You’ll never get better. I was hesitant at first switching to a smaller local owned pharmacy, I thought maybe they wouldn’t always have things in stock. They’ve never once not had what we needed! All prescriptions filled super fast and communication is the best.
After being treated an unimportant at 2 big chain pharmacies, I know I’ll never have to deal with that again because of GoodLife! Our family will support this business for life.

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. I've never had a bad experience. The entire staff goes above and beyond to get you whatever you need in a timely manner. My prescription was never kept in stock at other pharmacies, and they keep an extra month's supply for me at all times. They've stayed late to help me get my refill when I've called in at the last minute. I'm so lucky they're in my neighborhood!

Good Life Pharmacy is amazing. We started getting our prescriptions filled here when we lived nearby and love how personable the pharmacist is. The “Big Name” pharmacies are always a hassle but we have NEVER had a negative experience here. In fact, Good Life and their staff have exceeded our expectations every time. Thank you for being a much needed part of our community!! We’ve since moved and I now drive 30 minutes to fill our Rxs here because it’s not only better service, but also faster than going anywhere else. I am so happy that Good Life moved into the neighborhood! I very much appreciate that the pharmacist always is available, not hiding behind his employees to be upfront at the desk and answer the phone. He always offers helpful advice along with medication and makes sure you know how to take the medication before leaving. He is very reassuring and friendly and the whole place really does give you that small town feel that I remember as a kid when we used to go see the pharmacist at the local privately owned compound pharmacy. Not to mention, with HEB being so far from our neighborhood, it is really convenient that he offers also the selection of grocery/convenience items!

Best neighborhood Pharmacy I have ever been to. The Pharmacist is the nicest ever and he tries to help with anything else you might need, even offering to get you anything from inside when you are in the drive thru, which is sometimes a must when you have 3 kids in the car. Best customer service I have received anywhere!!!

The entire staff is AMAZING! They go above and beyond to make sure your entire family is taken care of. They take the time to make you feel like you and family are more than just a prescription number. The location on Overlook Parkway is the concierge of pharmacies! You also will not find a pharmacy that can fill your scripts as quickly as they can!

I absolutely love this pharmacy! It was an easy transition from my other big chain pharmacy. There’s no wait, I love the communication, and it’s in and out! Also very friendly staff.

This place is amazing! They've helped me out with so many different things and they truly care about their customers. Every night I have to go in there I'm always greeted by the friendly girl that works the register, and she always goes out of her way to help me. Tonight she called Riyad, the owner/pharmacist at 9:30pm to ask what time of cream my baby needs because he has a really bad diaper rash, and he picked up and helped us out. We would have bought our son the completely wrong thing. This is just one of the many things this place has done for us. My family and I appreciate this place and hope everyone gives it a shot.

This is by far the BEST pharmacy I've ever used! They know me by name, they go the EXTRA mile to help me save money on my Rx and I don't even need to call in my refills... they already have them ready to go each month and they call me when it's time to pick up!! I am shocked by the level of customer service & I hope everyone will take the time to switch to them!! I NEVER wait in line, it's the BEST pharmacy!!!

By far the friendliest and most competent pharmacy I have ever used. They always have my prescriptions filled before I even know I need them. Riyad, Sema, and Aziz always make me feel welcome and special and my husband and I will always sing their praises and highly recommend Goodlife to our friends.

I love this pharmacy! They are patient, kind and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them. Their store is quite nice as well. You can pretty much find anything you need from drug store products to food, milk, beer!

Best pharmacy around, for many reasons.
1. You really get a true, small town pharmacy feel. the owner/pharmacist knows you by name and show genuine care and concern. its not like the bigger name pharmacies that feel rushed and impersonal, its "your" pharmacy.
2. Fast, Fast, Fast. usually our medicine is ready by the time we drive there from the doctor (who is right down the road), or withing a few minutes.
3. Helpful. Its not just "here you are, take 2 a day", he makes sure you know what you are taking, why you need it, and how it works. Even for otc medicine, he will take the time to find them, explain them, and help you pick what is right for you.
All in all, this pharmacy is a great addition to the area, and our go-to place for prescriptions, otc medicine, and quick groceries and snacks.

I can’t say enough nice things about this pharmacy. Everyone goes above and beyond for their patients and the service is so fast. Keep up the amazing work! Thanks for all that you do.

Pharmacist is super friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is super nice. The hospital sent my son's prescription here on accident but I'm making the switch a permanent one!
