Amazing brunch! Wonderful selection, well thought out combinations, perfectly prepared. The service was impeccable. Beautiful views in a warm, cozy environment. Ended up having coffee and desert in front of the fireplace.

Best tasting food in the Western Hemisphere! Service was phenomenal as well. The Venue is far beyond belief as to how beautiful these smoky mountains are on full view from your table while eating gourmet cuisine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the Orchard Inn/Newman's. From our cocktails in the relaxed and welcoming common area to our delicious dinner on the enclosed porch. The views are stunning (will request the newish terrace next time.) Pretty gardens and distant mountains are the vibe. The prix fixe is pricey but worth it. The gazpacho, salads, lobster, scallops and beef got rave reviews from our group. The service was good but potentially a little over enthusiastic. A small thing in the total scheme. I will be back.

This is a rare gem! Great service, great ambiance, great food. It’s in a bed and breakfast, but offers a great prix fix dinner menu with excellent options. We sampled everything on the February menu (except the apple butter ice cream) and there was not a single bad thing in the bunch. Personal favorites were the Brie, beet and coconut soup, risotto, and beef tenderloin. The sea bass was excellent, with perfectly cooked sides. The lamb was also extremely tender and flavorful. I almost gave it a ding saying that the chocolate mousse for dessert was frozen but then mom reminded me that’s how it is described- more like a supplemental ice cream to the cake. It was also delicious. They also have espresso based drinks for dessert. Not one bad thing to say. Can’t wait to come back in the summer to be able to see landscape.

We traveled from out of state to celebrate our anniversary and wanted to find a 5-star style restaurant to celebrate. Newman’s pleasantly exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic evening, and the staff did a great job providing a quality experience with unique touches to help mark the occasion. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely want to return.

5 course meal, great food, appropriate plate sizes and good service. Family owned and also a bed and breakfast. Would be a great wedding venue.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the Dickens dinner! The atmosphere, location and food are priceless. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel like family.

Ticks every box. All the selections were tempting with a somewhat narrow but varied options. All four of us were very happy with the quality and preparation of the food and service. Price fixe is upper end of moderate, but a great value. Drinks are reasonably priced. The view from the enclosed back porch is quite nice even at dusk - garden and bird feeder near with a mountain a couple of miles distant.

What a great establishment.
We had James as our server as he was training yet he was so knowledgeable about the wine selection, and menu. He is certainly a staple there. We had such a fantastic evening and the experience was outstanding

He really stood out and made our night of jokes and great conversation with our friends even more comfortable.

A very special restaurant. Expensive but worth the price. Limited menu but selections available are superb. The view from the patio or inside restaurant is magnificent. Great option for a special occasion!

So we live in Flat Rock, maybe 15 - 20 min up the road, and just discovered this wonderfull place. What a nice experiance. Atmosphere was Great, Food was Great, even the Service was Great.
From the time we walked in the door, very accomidating...and Matt or Server was amazing.
Semi fixed Menu. Great views. We will be back.

Outrageous. The outdoor porch and Views are phenomenal. Dinner was superb especially the lamb, wines were fabulous and wait staff was excellent!

Accidentally found this place while going to Saluda, NC. Great location to view fall colors though it was really. We had a drink on Gazebo enjoyed the nature. Going to try next week again as the colors change.

We've been going for the Dicken's Christmas dinner for many years. The food, service, hospitality, and A Christmas Carol are always first class. We come other times of the year for Sunday Brunch.

The food was amazing. The location and atmosphere was peaceful, simple but elegant. Service was super and we will go back. Can't wait to try other items on the menu. Also would be a really nice weekend getaway.

Excellent experience! Took my wife here for our anniversary on the recommendation of the executive chef Aaron Edwards, and it didn't disappoint! The food was absolutely phenomenal, The staff was exceptional, and the view was amazing!
