I just left the store and had the best customer service for the second time. Braydon was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and straight up guy. I was that annoying customer who talked his ear off and asked him a billion different questions about vape devices, CBD and Delta-8 general education, and differences regarding cannabinoids. He taught me how to verify a product is what they say they are by viewing the lab analysis. He is so sincere and patient and honest. A few weeks ago I was in the store and was helped by Gabe (I believe that was his name) and he was equally helpful and knowledgeable and he too was very patient with me when I asked him several questions about my mod and other products. This store has earned ny trust, and I will be a return customer.

Best customer service I ever had! Alex is one of the sweetest person I know, she has taught me a lot and if I have questions (which happens a lot) she helps me out. I’ve bought many mods and tanks and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! So go see ALEX, she is the best! ❤❤❤

I LOVE this place! they have the most affordable prices in town a big variety of liquid flavors and vaporizers. I've been their customer since 2012 and I don't regret it. I always get my replacements with no cost & always a good customer service. Did I mention their new liquids? they are amazing plus bigger and cheaper!

My favorite smoke shop to go to by far!! Alex was super friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. She was able to show me a variety of options, and I was able to try different flavors as well. I would highly recommend seeing her, especially if it’s your first time in a smoke shop!

Alex and Aurelian have the best customer service. They know their product and every time my fiancé or I come in they help us find the best product for our buck. Plus there is no other shop in town that has such great variety. They have definitely won our business.

Robert is BY FAR one of the most PROFESSIONAL gentlemen in public relations! He knows what he's talking about in every aspect of the business he is in, therefore does NOT hesitate in sharing this knowledge to his customers , which if you are not one yet.....GET THERE! I am EXTREMELY HAPPY as well is everyone I see leave his stores. Happy, friendly, and all around a GREAT PLACE TO have all your vape needs met and more. A clean and classy atmosphere surrounds the guests at SMOKE TO LIVE, and I drive 17 miles without thinking twice due to the warm experience and professional service I recieve every time I visit! I walked in to replace my old vaporizer and buy a new one. I felt very welcomed there and Alexandra gave me the right products for my needs and also a great demonstration. Will definitely go there again.

Just happened to step in after grabbing a coffee and was happy I did. I've been to vape shops all over America, Asia, and Europe but this one surpases all of them. Beautiful store layout is both inviting and super chill. Robert helped me find just what I was looking for with only a handful of descriptors. I wish all shops had the sophistication and employee knowledge that this place does.

I came in the other day and I believe there names were Chris and Paul I'm not sure but they both were very big help and made my first experience on purchasing there products one not to forget. I will definitely be returning in the future. Great customer service and funny.

Alex was a very positive and informative sales clerk. The x-priv that I purchased works like a charm. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for vape and CBD products.

Asked about pens and such. Overall seems like a good place for those who know what they want and those who have not a clue. It's a small space but the products are small too so there is a pretty large selection of brands and styles. I never felt rushed and they guy wasn't pushy.

I came into the Smoke To Live Vapor Shop at the Blanco location and was very pleased with the quality of service I received from Mert and Robert. They were very helpful and professional in helping me choose my e cigarette and the setup I needed to start enjoying a better way to smoke. I'm visiting from out of town and this was the first Vape shop that popped up on my Google maps search for vape shop in SA.
The store seemed very much sorted out, clean, and I truly enjoyed the style they ran with for this store. Initial introduction, on point.
The worker at Smoke to Live was enlightening and knowledgeable. Something I generally search for when visiting a retail shop. Rather than attempting to offer me a shiny new sub-tank off the bat, he really helped me with choosing the right product.
In case I'm ever back around there, this will be my go-to vape shop.

Apart from the excellent customer service, they also have the best deal on Suorin pods and devices! Literally 50% off compared to another shop just across the access road. Definitely my go to place for all my salt-nic needs <3

I recommend this store for anyone who vape , the staff knows their products really well and even though the place was so packed when I came in I was all set and gone 10 minutes later. Maykol suggested my latest device the Smok Nord as a good alternative for my juul since the flavor pods are so limited nowadays and so far I’m loving it, if you vape and/or are into vaping and like to hang out in a really cool spot then you should go their way it’ll be worth the trip :)
