Our family highly recommends Sleep Experts Addison! Our Sales Associate, Brad, was wonderful to work with. He was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time he took to educate us on the different types of mattresses and for working within the confines of our budget. David was also great and gifted us some luxury pillows! Dave O. is an intuitive, commitment mattress guide and helped us discover the absolute best mattress in a seamless process. I appreciate the way he did not try to oversell a mattress that didn't make sense for our preferences or budget. Everytime we mentioned a concern or preference, he listened and immediately incorporated that in his next suggestion. Dave is transparent and clearly devoted to provided too-notch customer experience. This was hands-down the best choice for buying our next mattress; the in-person help and options far outweigh buying anything online.

George was the best he help me choose the best mattress for me and was very patient as I went back and forward trying to choose.. and than gave me a great deal. This man is Awesome !!! So if your in the Addison area and looking for a new mattress walk in and lay down ... 😂

David was exceptional and understanding of my medical urgency to get an adjustable full size bed. Not feeling well, I didn’t have the luxury of time to go through the bed test process. I told him that price was a factor but I didn’t want the lowest value. He found me the right mattress, base, remote and mattress cover and provided a discount all within about 30 minutes.

My only frustration I spent more time trying to find the store. My GPS had me going in circles. Suggestion: note that you are behind Whole Foods facing Beltline.

Ade was very helpful when my wife and I came in needing a new king size mattress. I am particular about needing to feel listened to, and I left feeling heard and happy with the decision we made on our new Sealy mattress. Highly recommend this Sleep Experts in Addison and use Ade!

Update: We just recently had the mattress delivered and it is lovely except a little too firm for our liking. I went back to the store and spoke with Dave O. And she helped arrange and exchange for a softer version of the mattress. I wanted to update my review to mention how even after the initial purchase the team here was able to work with us to get us what we need. Definitely recommend!

Wow, we walked in to sleep experts in Addison just to try out some different mattress and we were met at the front door by jay! Jay was extremely helpful and honest! He gave us the full treatment by figuring out how we sleep and where we need support, then went on to find us the perfect mattress! 10/10

David O was the guy who helped us out and he was great. My husband had been in the day prior talking to another sales guy, James, who gave him a quote. Not only did David honor the quote for us, he gave James the full commission on it. You can tell he really just wants to help people find the right mattress for them. Great guy.

Brad is the perfect emissary for sleep experts. I would never have had the confidence to order an expensive mattress without being extremely comfortable with his knowledge, cooperation, and courtesy. It’s very comforting to know that. I can select an expensive mattress, and if it does not work out to be comfortable for me, that I will have no problem getting a replacement that is a better fit. There are many locations that sell Tempur-pedic mattresses but not every location, offers, competent, knowledgeable, and caring representatives that are able to make customers have absolute confidence that their needs will be taken care of.

David O really helped me find the right mattress at the budget I was looking for. I find choosing a mattress very tricky, and the Expert Match system, plus Dave, took some of the guesswork out of it. Very good experience.

Through our whole experience she was very knowledgeable about every mattress and its specs. She also did everything in her power to help my parents choose the right mattress in their budget.

Awesome experience! We walked in not really expecting to buy, but just see what's out there. Ade was very knowledgeable and really helped us choose the correct mattress. This was really important because I have some issues with the discs in my back. And let's not forget Brittany, she was so sweet and patient with my two little ones .
