I absolutely LOVE North Park Lexus on Lockhill-Selma!! I am a customer for life! They are extremely customer-oriented in service, helpfulness, and just plain kindness and consideration. Each time I pull into the service bay and I’m greeted by David Haywood and his friendly smile, I know that I’m in good hands. The waiting area is welcoming and very comfortable. The wait for my car is never long enough! 😆

North Park Lexus showed professionalism from time I contacted them on line. Interested in buying either one of the ES models. 350 gasoline powered or 300h hybrid. Set up an appointment for Tuesday mid morning. Arrived early & greeted by front desk receptionists who seemed to know me. They called Gregory in the sales office. Tanya came out and explained Gregory was in a meeting but would be with me shortly. In the meantime she walked me in to their Hospitality room where complimentary coffee & cookies were served. Gregory introduced me to the Lexus line & checked inventory location of vehicles matching my desires. He drove us to where vehicles were parked to examine . The Lexus Luxury equipped ES300h Hybrid gets 44MPG. The large size of trunk will easily accommodate a rollator with plenty of space for luggage & other cargo. This car has many smart features. Extendable drivers seat, wireless charging station, downloads Apps from phone, great safety features, & numerous technology that will made driving safer & a pleasure. Satisfied with their trade in offer of my Toyota Sienna & military purchase discount, Because of high inflation & vehicle market shortages, understand why Lexus interest rates are high and Dealership is inflexible on discounting sticker price. . All the staff: , Gregory, Tanya & Rebecca were friendly, helpful, & professional. In appreciation for buying from North Park, given a thank you gift basket. Owned many, at least 30, new cars in my lifetime but no one has taken as much time to explain how the vehicle functions better than Tanya. It was a Great buying experience.

I recently traded in my Lexus ES350 sedan for a newer SUV: the RX350. I adore my car. Every vehicle I’ve purchase from Lexus is top tier and the service is impeccable. Kameron, my sales rep went beyond to ensure I got the car, coverage and care I needed to be happy. I am beyond appreciative and look forward to continuing buying Lexus. Also, added bonus that my daughter loves the snack bar. It makes it easier to bring kids.

We recently bought our Lexus NX 350 F Sport Handling AWD from North Park Lexus and must say it was the best experience we’ve ever had at any car dealership! Nikki Sample, our Master Sales Consultant, was impressive! I had an opportunity to meet Nikki about 5 months earlier, when I was “just looking”. I decided to reach back out to Nikki to inquire about a couple of Lexus NX 350 F Sports on their website. She responded rather quickly to let me know that they were available and provided me with the information I needed. I was amazed that she had kept my contact information as well as providing me the needed information about the vehicles so transparently. I let her know that we were on our way to the dealership that same day. When my family and I arrived at the North Park Lexus dealership, we were greeted by the concierges with such friendly smiles and the most courteous service! Nikki took her time in answering all of our questions, not once pressuring us, and got us quickly to Taylor. Taylor, Finance & Insurance Manager, was absolutely a joy and helped make the finance process with our bank seamless. Austin, Lexus Technology Specialist, was so nice from the beginning! He was so helpful and really well knowledgeable of the vehicle. Nikki, Taylor, and Austin made this the most stress-free car-buying experience that we’ve had since looking to buy a new car. Each of them were genuinely happy for us! Throughout the process everyone at North Park Lexus that we interacted with made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. It was such an amazing experience! We will definitely go back to North Park Lexus because of their exceptional customer service!

My daughter and I had a wonderful car purchase experience at NorthPark Lexus. Brittany went above and beyond the call of duty to find us a car that fit my daughters must have requirements and her budget. We quickly got to the Out the Door Price and had a quick and painless experience through the finance dept as well.

We were more than surprised to get a slightly better loan rates from Lexus Financial services than we did from our Credit Union. So another win for this team here too! The whole first visit to driving out with the car was also very quick -- this is how car buying should be. We recommend Brittany and NorthPark, and will look for the opportunity to do business with them again.

Great staff. It's just unbelievable. From the time we got on the lot till we left. Our salesman, Nino, got us everything we wanted and has been in constant contact with us. They really do care about the customer. The service department is also just as amazing. Specifically, Justin took very good care of our GX. He is very nice, friendly, and communicated often.

I recently purchased a 2023 Lexus RX350 and couldn't be any happier. Niki Sample was amazing to work with from her knowledge to her follow up. This is the second Lexus our family has purchased from Lexus and Niki because of Niki's excellent service. It made it a no brainer where we wanted to get our new vehicle from. Niki's assistant Cameron was also amazing. He went over all the outstanding features my car has to offer and made sure that I truly understood how to use my car. She also makes an amazing coffee and delicious crème soda which I always appreciate, and she often remembers what I order even though she doesn’t have to which makes the difference as well ☺

Recently purchased a used GX460 from North Park Lexus and the experience has been amazing.

Worked with Jay who showed me the GX with no pressure and Sergio in finance also was also no pressure while showing me all of my options for warranties.

After my purchase I had a small complaint about the drive-ability of the GX and I worked with France in the service department. They scheduled me a drop off the following Monday. I came in at 730 AM, dropped off my GX and was out in a loaner vehicle in under 9 minutes. Heck of a start to a Monday morning.

My concern fell into a maintenance/warranty gray area, and the service department worked with me to comp the maintenance service and give me the car back to see if it would drive better.

I do believe I'll be returning for another follow up, but the experience at North Park Lexus has been amazing, and I have full confidence the issue will get solved.
