Jersey Mike's Subs

First off, I would come here strictly for the service. We've been talking about the lack of customer service anymore but the workers here hopefully get paid their worth because they were beyond wonderful! Then the bread was wonderful, I loved that the meat was sliced right in front of me at the perfect thickness and when I told the employee I was new, she immediately recommended hot and cold subs. We tried both her recommendations and they were the best I've had here in San Antonio. I'd give this place more stars if I could. My children (super picky eaters) even ate their salami sandwiches completely.

Had the Jersey Shore. Heated to melt the cheese. It was so good. This was their Day off Giving. Days proceeds go to local charities.
This sandwich was so very delicious. Wish I would have gotten the larger one. Will definitely go back.

Can't go wrong with their Regular 43. Chipotle cheese steak. Add jalapenos!

Love that they cut meats and cheese to your order in front of you. Bread is soft. Yum.

My go to for sandwiches. This is the only location that has watermelon tea besides the medical center one, but the service is way better here. They do my sandwich just like I like, and everything is fresh and delicious.

Alright! My girlfriend and I made our second visit here. I had the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and she had the Turkey and Provolone. The food was amazing as was the service. As for anyone giving them a 1 star review for their selection? They should try reading the menu, because they have a pretty good selection.

The only thing I wish they offered was wheat bread.
The food is always fresh, service is pretty fast, establishment has been clean on both of my visits. I do not give 5 star ratings to many places, but I'm upping this one to 5 from 4, because they've definitely earned it!

The store is really clean. We where the only ones in there. The service was amazing.

Friendliness from staff, clean work area, handsome serving of all product on sandwich. Bread was cheesy herb, really tasty. Hands down the best sub , made by the nicest staff, at a good price. Definitely coming back...

First time at this location, food did not disappoint. Excellent costumer service! Bryan went above and beyond and made me feel so welcomed. Staff was amazing. Will be coming back.

Food is great. Service is quick. Made me laugh for about 5 minutes after a hard day. They were in a hurry and tried to draw an "8" for combo #8.

My favorite sub place of all. Bread always crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Meat and cheese aret always cut in front of you and Mike's way gives it a nice taste. The usual is the club supreme and second favorite is the cheesesteak with peppers and onions. Never had a bad experience after several years as a customer. Nice rewards program. Able to get a free sub after every 2 to 3 visits. It is points earned based on dollars spent and I always get a couple regulars and one large.

I use to get Jersey Mike’s while in California. I wish they had the shaved onion like home. But I love this Jersey Mike’s. The place is always clean and the people are always friendly. They make a sandwich look like a work of art. Shout out to the 151!

Clean, great staff! Ordered gluten-free sandwich and they did a fantastic job making sure to avoid contamination. We love Jersey Mikes!

My husband and I have been here a few times and the service is always great. The manager really seems to care about his employees, the customers, and how this business is run. This is definitely our favorite sandwich shop!

Every time I have ordered food it is always fresh, restaurant is clean, service is fast and the staff is great. This last visit I had been charged for a giant sub but got a regular sub, didn't notice till I got back to work and called them back. The manager Brandon took his time to look up my order saw the mistake (as he had made my subs) and quickly offered a refund of the amount that I was overcharged. I couldn't go back that day and ended up going 2 days after and he refunded me the difference.

This is the ONLY take-out restaurant that has NEVER gotten my order wrong!!!!!

Came in to grab lunch with a friend. I had never eaten here but my friend swore by it. We went in and the location is clean and everyone was ready to assist us. The menu is fairly simple and basic so it eliminates having to stare at the menu trying to figure out what to get. The sub I got was a Turkey sub and it was delicious. They give you the option of getting it Jersey Mike's way and they put this delicious oil/vinegar on the sub and it really kicks it up a notch. I will be back to try the other subs.

Best subs EVER! Friendly staff, clean and neat restaurant. We love this location of Jersey Mike’s. Our subs are always delicious and made with love and quality, fresh ingredients. Keep up the great work!

I am so impressed with this staff. My family and I go in there several times a month and they young staff never ceases to amaze me with their work ethic. They are always so quick and pleasant! As a matter of fact, we just just left there right now! Kudos to the staff that were there today at 6pm today!
