I visit this particular Freedom on a regular basis and am always greeted with a friendly smile.

They need a new phone. I left my keys there and I have tried to call and find if they're there for sure and I just keep getting rings then a high pitched screech

First of all, this freedom right here is the worst gas station I have ever been to. I’m surprised that those workers even got hired because most of them have bad customer service. They won’t even say a word to you. The girl that works there sits on her phone crying and cursing. Why would customers want to listen to that? The girl also always has money everywhere and that’s somebody they trust to run their store. They wouldn’t even cash in a scratch off at 7 pm. I do not recommend going to here

Slow or always shut down early. Gotta wait while they do shift changes. Go back 15 minutes later to be told now the power is out... 4 blocks away but most of the time I have to go somewhere else due to problems at freedom. Time to closed it down for good and make a circle k or thortons in that spot.. freedom is bull💩

Went here on 11/26/2021 and the girl rang up my Twizzlers as she was coughing all over the place then touched the item with her germy hands, didn’t even at least use hand sanitizer. I had to buy some wipes to wipe them down. I have a baby at home that I don’t need getting sick! WASH YOUR HANDS!

Still haven’t returned my money from the gas I did not receive because their pumps were working extremely slow so I wanted to go elsewhere. They are thieves it’s been since Monday and still no payment on my account.

Manager is HATEFUL and DISRESPECTFUL to customets, store is filthy, coffee tastes like its burnt, am wondering when pot was last cleaned, bathroom is always Dirty.

Yelled and swore at me for knocking on the door when they had closed early. Never going back
