Awesome company, staff and owners are great and some of the best people you will ever meet. So much wholesome goodness comes from their hearts. They have helped so many people in Bexar County and around the world. You will not find many people as generous and heartfelt like them!

You can ask any reputable COMMERCIAL real estate company and you will hear nothing but awesome things.

I have know the owners at 4M Properties for 15+ years and have had several successful real estate deals. They are trustworthy, upstanding and a asset to the community.

Muy recomendado si quiere rentar o comprar. Las instalaciones están muy buenas (el elevador un poquito viejo). El personal es muy profesional y te dan ubicaciones de acuerdo a tu presupuesto.

These people lease property to anybody and they don’t care how that affects the homeowners in the existing properties. My backyard is now turning into a cement batch plant for the next four years, devalued my property and has devastated the quality of my life, my privacy, and it’s overwhelmingly wrong Just to line your own pocket . You have no integrity or ethic- shame on you

The people at this office are absolutely horrible and incredibly hateful to special needs children and their families.

They think it is appropriate to be rude and condescending to a mom who is working hard at trying to calm down her autistic 4 yr old child, and then take it a step further and make a complaint about the parent and child.
They told me that they pay good money and shouldn’t have to deal with that.

So, if you want decent human beings handling your realty needs, you should absolutely stay away from them.

This company and its employees should be ashamed of themselves. There is a proper way to go about things and apparently these unprofessional, know nothing, idiots think its ok to complain about special needs/autistic children and shame their parents because a child is being loud. I would never want to take my business to those that don't know how to be decent human beings.

Do yourself a favor and stay AS FAR AWAY as possible from this company! The people who work here are completely devoid of any compassion or even human decency. They’re beyond disrespectful! Please don’t waste your time with this company..unless you enjoy being disrespected.

Absolutely horrid people! There are plenty of respectable realtors in San Antonio. These people are not. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people like the plague.
