Staff is very prompt and professional. Dr Rogers listens and cares to you attentively. They do not rush and work well with you. Highly recommend as primary care provider.

I really adore this clinic, The staff and everyone involved to make this clinic run are amazing. Dr. Rogers is beyond smart and really takes the time to get to know you and assess the issues to find the best form of treatment. I have been through both the weight loss and the primary care and have nothing but positive things to say about both sides!

Dr Rogers is by far the best doctor I have ever been to along with Dr Kristen. I’ve never been to more sincerely caring doctors. They have both gone above and beyond taking care of me. Dr Rogers literally saving my life at one time. Her medical knowledge and awareness of her patients can’t be beat. Amazing staff! This is a one stop office that can take care of all your medical needs like I have never seen before! My boyfriend started going and fell in love with Dr Kristen. You will never meet another doctor that truly cares about your situation more than Dr. Kristen. They take time with you to listen to you and really hear everything that you tell them. I have been going to Dr. Rogers office for years and never once have I felt rushed through or not cared about but the total opposite. There is not another office like it in San Antonio.

Not a bad experience but they WILL NOT answer a phone call. This is not a cheap plan and you would think that for what you pay for this they would try and be a little more accessible. I have been there many times and know there is always someone that can answer the phone. People need answers quicker than the next business day and pay lots of money for your service! Nicole is always helpful. Besides that I have had great success with the office, just be more accessible.

I was nervous about switching doctors, however overall it's been great experience and value so far. Hope to be lifetime happy customer.

Dr. Rogers is the most thorough physician I have ever used. She and her staff offer excellent customer service! I highly recommend them!!
