AT&T Store

My dad worked with Jacob. He was very polite, patient, professional, and took his time with explaining the benefits of his new IPad. Was greeted by all the employees that were there at the time. Will be porting over asap. Thanks for taking care of my dad!

Arturo Villarreal is one of the most respectable sales people I have met. He is very nice and helpful. He switched us from Verizon to AT&T and got us new phones for a great deal! Arturo answered all of our questions and made us his top priority. We received exceptional customer service with Arturo Villarreal. We will highly recommend him to our friends and family.

My old phone recently broke, and AT&T sent me a new one. I have absolutely no idea how to set up phones, and the online instructions are NOT helpful. I called the store in the Rim shopping center for help setting up my phone, and they talked me through the procedures of coming and staying in my vehicle during this time of social distancing. When I arrived at the store and informed them I was there, a gentleman by the name of Larry came out to assist me. He talked me through the process to set up my new phone, which was NOT easy by any means. The whole process must have taken 20 minutes. It was hot outside, with almost no cloud cover on a bright and sunny day. The weather gauge said it was about 90°, and there was Larry being so helpful and patient while I struggled to set up my new device. Finally we got it all done, and he made sure it worked perfectly. This was by far the best experience for getting a new phone I've ever had. In the past at other places, the individuals in the stores were barely helpful and even less patient. Larry by far was the best. I hope when it comes time to replace my phone again, that Larry or someone just as good as him, will be there to help.

5 Star for Arturo Villarreal. He is one of the retail sales consultant's. If you want someone that is on your side, you better ask for him. He is honest, knowledgeable and overall a great person that looks out for your best interest!

I was very impressed with the level of honesty provided and the frustrating security measures necessary to get a new sim card made. It's disappointing they only have 2 people at this store so the wait can sometimes be longer than anyone would prefer but the level of professionalism and honesty more than makes up for it. I use Verizon but if I ever switch to AT&T I will definitely visit this location!

I switched from Sprint to AT&T. Aaron went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible. He walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. The customer service at this location is second to none and I would refer anyone looking to make a switch to these guys.

Greg was fantastic! He made the process of switching to AT&T absolutely seamless, and went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% taken care of, including several follow up phone calls. Great job Greg, thank you for your wonderful customer service!

Far and away the best AT&T store I've ever been to. The three gentlemen that were there were incredibly responsive and helpful, letting me check out their personal phones to help make a decision. If you were going to The Rim or Boerne store, you'd be well served to check this one out. These guys are top notch.

This AT&T store is the best ever! I came in to find out how many phones were still being paid off on my account. When I found out it was zero I was amazed at the high price of my bill! Aaron Hurtado, who perhaps might be the smartest person on the planet, took care of me immediately. Too keep a very fantastic story as short as possible he determined I was on an old plan and could move me to a new "pay per line" plan where each person could have a different plan based off of what they needed. Then Aaron asked me about myself and found out I am a teacher/coach and qualified for the 25% off the entire line charge bill due to their discount program for teachers/first responders/military/doctors & nurses. Incredible! Thank you AT&T!
Then he figured out I could trade in my old phones for brand new phones and qualify for the $1000 discounts. Then Aaron determined our broken screen phones could not be traded in but he search and miraculously learned I had insurance on the phones to fix the screens. When AT&T said no to the new screens he got my husband and I NEW phones for a very low price, due to the insurance. Then the phones were mailed in one day.
So now my son who is in New York traded in his old phone for a new Samsung Note20 Ultra 5G and only had to pay the tax and a whopping $9 is added to the bill. My husband has the new S9+ which was mailed to him in Arkansas and he is keeping that phone because it is actually quite an awesome phone and nothing will be added to the bill. And my new S9+was quickly traded in for my new Note20 Ultra 5G for the same cost as my son's.
Now we have unlimited talk, text and data. We all have super sonic hot spots and HBO MAX with a login we can all share. We all have brand new amazing Samsung phones and my bill is still nearly $50 less than it was when we started. How about that?

RUN TO ATT&T and take your time with the associates as they can figure everything out in a flash. If you live in San Antonio GO TO THE AT&T STORE IN LEON SPRINGS NEAR HEB OFF OF 1-10 AND ASK FOR AARON HURTADO.

Thank you Aaron, manager Brian who runs a wonderful staff and Aiden the new comer who stood by and listened to every word the others were saying and was actually the one who convinced me to get the Note after knowing and describing every single feature the phone had on it.

Aiden is AMAZING! I would ask for him if you go into this store. I had gone to the store in Boerne and totally got misquoted on two phones! When I came into this store Aiden answered ALL my questions after my bill was charged and broke it down perfectly. He gave advice and more information to help me. He made the whole situation so much easier for me by being honest and transparent! Definitely satisfied with this visit.

Best location, the moment we walk in Aaron help us out right away there was no wait like at other locations, Aaron did a amazing job on both of ours accounts.
He offered the best deals for us to get in the new iPhones.

After going to another AT&T store in San Antonio and getting horrible service, we wound up at the Boerne Stage location. Incredibly nice and helpful sales reps that were able to help out and educate someone that is not as technologically savvy. Imogen and Bryan were incredible!

I’ve been here twice this year and both Aiden & Bryan have been super helpful! They checked my plan & let me know the best value for my repair/replacement and made the process so stress-free (& efficient!).

A relative gave me a used iPhone and took it in to get new service. No issues at all. Everything went smooth. Aaron, the agent that helped me, didn't try to upsell me on anything and was very professional.

Bryan is the men when it comes to business accounts, he really help us out setting up a very complicated account in just minutes.
He also gave us the best promotions and the best rate plans for our business.

Both associates are very knowledgeable and friendly! They really make you feel welcomed from moment you walk in and they automatically greet you with a smile on their face! Which is something that very few stores do now a days. Highly recommend this store and will definitely be coming back.
