Holiday Inn San Antonio N - Stone Oak Area, an IHG Hotel

The Hotel staff was very helpful and kind. We were extremely impressed with the kitchen staff and their way of friendliness and excellent customer service. The food was over the top in taste and exceptional in presentation. Destiny our server and the kitchen manager were so nice and great in assuring that we were satisfied with the service and indeed we were. Back in the room our air condition was exactly the way we like it at home; ice cold. The water in the shower was also just the we like it; burning hot. All in all we enjoyed our stay and both me and my wife believed it to be perfect.

Went to San antonio first a golf tournament, check in was easy, room was nice, everything we need. Breakfast was good with plenty of food. Bar service was outstanding, gal took very good care of everyone. Had a good time there, enjoyed our stay!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious its not free, but it's worth the few dollars they charge. Our housekeeper did an amazing job. Overall all the staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed here 2 nights and it was very nice. I'm not sure if I get upgraded because of my status on ihg rewards, but the room had a hot tub, and it was very spacious. I used points and booked through the ihg app, and it was fast and super easy

Our stay here started out a little rough but turned out fantastic!!

After a little hiccup during check-in (which was quickly remedied by the bery friendly manager, Ms. Lucy, who even comped our breakfasts to make up for the inconvenience) we got settled into our very comfortable and quiet room.

After a bit we made it to the restaurant since our drive down was long and we didn't feel like going out. The food was delicious but the best part was the service. Ms. Maria was our server and to say she was outstanding is an understatement!! She kept an eye on us the entire time and took care of our needs before we knew what we needed!!

Turned out Ms. Maria was also the bartender and we completely enjoyed visiting with her and the impeccable service she provided!

In the morning Ms. Rosa assisted us during breakfast (which was amazingly delicious!) and took excellent care of us!

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. But just know that you will not regret staying here!! It will always be our go to place when in San Antonio!

Breakfast was delicious with fresh made food. Ms. Rosa took great care of us and was constantly tending to the guests and the breakfast area to make sure we where happy!

Gisella is a wonderful example of what customer service should be. All of the customer service reps we came in contact were very polite and professional, Gisella went above and beyond the service expected. She went out of her way to ensure this disabled veteran and his wife enjoyed their stay at "HER HOTEL".

I booked this hotel for my parents in their getaway. They loved it, super nice service, specially the service provided by Rosa and her husband at the kitchen for breakfast. They were so happy to have stayed a couple of nights, and they highly recommend it!

This place is amazing. The food was delicious!! Their Salsa de Piña was amazing! Ruben and Rosa are phenomenal and they treated us very good! Totally recommend this place!!! 😋

Loved it here. Great price & amazing customer service. No free continental breakfast, but has indoor pool & kids loved it.
Had separate rooms from kids & staff was great to get us situated & help in organizing.
Did Six Flags & Shlitterbaun from area & good location.
Only issue was I got better deal on Priceline, I called to ask them to match deal & young man said to take Priceline deal.

My partner and I had a great experience here over the weekend! We were just passing through for one night, but even in such a short time, this Holiday Inn managed to go beyond our expectations. We checked in around 8 or 9 pm; the front desk staff was welcoming and attentive, and it seemed like they were very organized and knew we were coming. Check-in was maybe the fastest I'd ever seen, and we were off to our room. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and we were happy with the spacious bathroom and big comfy bed! Another great thing was that, once in our room, it was totally quiet from outside. I'm a light sleeper and hate waking up when others are walking in the halls; we couldn't hear anything from outside at all!

Also, the location was great! We had hung out in downtown San Antonio for the day and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we arrived at the hotel leaving from downtown. Very easy and convenient!

We opted to head out early to get back on the road and unfortunately couldn't stop for the breakfast they provided, but the long hours they offered it (till 10 or 11 am) seemed especially accommodating and convenient. All in all, a great experience! We'll definitely opt for Holiday Inn again in the future.

Our school band was in town from Houston. 200 kids. Imagine us during breakfast! Elmi, the nicest gentleman in charge, was a super hero! Rooms were great, we had an awesome time and great service. We ordered a lot of pizzas for dinner, they opened the breakfast room and accommodated us. Front desk lady Andrea was so nice and kind! I will definitely be back!

The hotel crew members are very nice. Stayed for four night and enjoyed it. My 16 teen year old son had a great time here too. I want to thank the little Asian bartender that came out and greeted us with Southern Hospitality. I mean, wow it was wonderful. Everyone that do the "check in" smile(s) and did a wonderful job making sure our needs was mat in a timely matter. I love writing reviews when staff do great jobs. Thank u holiday in crew! Was there for an event and it was wonderful! Yummy lunch and dessert, thank you Toby! Margaret did an amazing job of serving us and kept the food coming, the coffee and tea filled . Rob was there to organize the event and he and Vincent kept things running smoothly. The room was lovely and the restrooms were clean and stocked. All in all t'was a very successful event! Thank you Holiday Inn.

We stayed here this past weekend from the 26th to the 29th. I have to say this is the best hotel stay I have ever had, anywhere! We were here for a wedding weekend and the staff was incredible and accommodating. Every single thing we needed whether it be room service, extra keys, every detail was met! Carrie the F&B manager is amazing, she made sure the bar was open for us to come back to after our rehearsal dinner and made sure we had the best service. The housekeeping staff was so friendly and so helpful. The hotel was modern and updated and the rooms were in excellent condition! I would recommend this particular Holiday Inn 100 times over. We are do grateful they made this weekend even better than it was going to be. We appreciate all the staff at the Holiday Inn Stone Oak for your 5 star hospitality!
