First Convenience Bank

I always get help at this location. They just launched the new app which was a mess, and couldn’t get ahold of customer service on the phone, but they were able to help me at this location without any hesitation.

Lines are long but they are awsome . Kinda talkative too much ......and short staffed when I show

I actually like the Bank, however they need to give their customer service reps and their manager training on how to work for their customers and not against them, most of the CSR's are either rude or just plain incompetent. They lack the caring personality to really give the customers they serve a great Customer service experience. Now to be fair ther are some Customer Service Reps who do an awesome Job, however they are few and far between.

If you ever want to work here . I recommend not to the zarzamora branch manager is the worse manager to ever have
She will hit you she will talk so much stuff about you to your other coworkers she doesn’t know half of the things that are going on
She confused 24/7 and makes other do the job for her she cares more about production then her employees or her customers
So I just recommend not working there

I just left from there, very rude customers service this is the far awful customer service. The main person is this guy very rude. I cant even believe I have to give a start. They need to fired that person. His name is Hugo. If not I will go higher power for having rude customer service.

Worst bank I've ever experienced in every way if you want to be lied to and unable to touch your own money with rude customer service from a bank that has no idea what they're doing then go ahead and use this bank if you want respect and control over your money use another bank you could literally use a sock drawer and that would be a better bank
