The gentleman we first encountered was very helpful. I needed a few watches repaired, but proceeded to explain an issue with one I had just got that would work then stop (it was working fine at the time I took it in), so I wasn't sure if a new battery was needed. The man proceeded to assure me they can check the battery with a device they have there and let me know if I need a new battery, and wouldnt charge me for checking it. They never let me know and ended up charging me for a battery. As soon as I got home, my watch did the same thing I had a problem with in the first place. It stopped on me. I feel a tinge jipped, not to mention, I think I was overcharged by 5 dollars. I think I'm going to try a different place next time I need jewelry repaired.
