Seems like there are many dark sith lords working at insurance companies with regular rate increases and denials on claims - thankfully everyone that works at Pierce Insurance Group is a Master Jedi. They've always been my primary contact regardless of which provider is providing the insurance...so you get excellent, personal service with the benefit of better rates because of their network of providers. Over the past 5 years, they've helped me move to alternate providers that offered the same level of coverage at lower rates and recently helped me navigate a claim for my wife's car that got destroyed by hail. They're always responsive, friendly, and are highly customer focused...I fully recommend them.
