Samantha Payne, PA-C provided an exceptional care experience. She was the ultimate professional, extremely knowledgeable, always listened to me in full, was empathetic and kind, helped protect my dignity and privacy, and took time to answer all my questions and explain everything from start to finish. She and her teams provided multiple follow-up calls with updates.

Dr. Bates office is great place if your looking for PCP. When I call I talk to Anjela to get me scheduled. She is great and will listen to you and get you scheduled quick and easy. Taylor Powers, Dr. Bates new nurse practitioner is great. Ms.Power is very understanding and will help with anything.

I love Dr. Bates and her staff. They are very friendly in the front office, super-thorough in their exams in the back office and everywhere in between, so to speak. I've seen Dr. Bates for my annual exam for over 10 years, and with her help and suggestions, was able to finally quit smoking. I just recently shifted to her PA Stephanie Payne, and that was a great experience too as I navigate some health concerns in my 40's. Insurance is processed promptly and correctly, and they've been very helpful on the costs when necessary. Love this practice and will keep coming back.

I have been going to Dr Rosemary Bates as my Primary care Physician since early 2005. I have never had a bad experience of any kind at this office. The staff is top notch, they are knowledgeable and their hospitality is second to none. I have never considered going to another Dr for my Primary care. The staff always seems to find a way to fit me in with an appointment even though they are fully booked when I need one a very short notice.

Dr. Bates has been my personal physician for more than 15 years. She has been the utmost professional and her staff is top notch. If you ask a question , you get the answer. If you need something they get it for you.
For those that give Dr Bates a negative review, you simply do not know the doctor or how her office works.
If you want to see Dr. Bates you need to set an appointment with her as she is only one person. You might have to wait though. For annual check ups and serious illness , you can request to see her. If I just have a cold or minor illness I can see one of her highly qualified PA's.
Either way , you get the highest quality healthcare in Texas.
I see her as does my whole family and I have referred all of my friends to her practice.
In short, don't believe the naysayers and boo birds on this site.
Dr Bates is the real thing and has never disappointed me!!!!!

My wife and I have been going to Dr Bates's practice for over 15 years. They are a great team and take the time to understand your health issues. Dr. Stephanie is exceptional and capable of handling any situation.

I Love LOVE Dr. Bates and Staff. Her PA is fantastic as well. I switched about 7 years ago and I have been SO happy with everyone and my quality of care. The office staff is concerned with the patients as much as Kim and Dr. Bates. Unless they close shop, or I move, I don't foresee a change in my future care.

She is AMAZINGZ!!! Stephanie, spends as much time as possible with each patient! I've had endless health issues, and she's helped me to find out the solution for all of them! After 4 years of being missurable, and seeing numerous doctors, she was the only person who helped me the most! I am feeling so much better now, thanks to her!

I’ve seen Michelle- N.P at Dr. Bates office and she’s always been so great. Explaines everything throughly and makes you feel better! I’ve also brought my mom to see her as a patient and she also loved her. Highly recommend her!

Dr Bates and her staff are FANTASTIC. She's very down to earth and tells you like it is. She is very thorough when trying to assess your issues. I moved to Houston in 2009 and moved back in 2012 and have gone back to see her again!

I personally had a great experience for a long time with Dr Bates. Beware in the future when you go on Medicare as she will drop you as I was. I recommend that you find someone who will keep you on into Medicare.

This is the best family doctdo experience I have had in a long time. The whole staff from check in, the Doctor, the PA, the lab technician, eveve one at that place appears to enjoy what they do. It makes for a very good doctor office experience. And also, they promptly return phone calls. Truly concerned about your health. Highly recommendnd.
