Broadway Bank - Customer Service Center

I got charged an insufficient funds fee on my account when I shouldn't have been. I went in, I was taken care of right away. They reversed the fee and I was good to go in less than 5 minutes. The customer service is amazing here. Always greeting customers with a smile. I'm glad I switched to Broadway Bank!

The Encino Branch, Broadway Bank staff is always a pleasure to deal with. Aways friendly and very efficient! I would just like you let you know that Roxy Huddleston has always represented Broadway Bank in an exemplary fashion. Poor management.

Worst customer service and worst bank ever! Terrible employees who don’t care about you! Stay away from this bank! They don’t care!

Such a disappointing service. Despite having direct deposit, I still get charged fees. The ‘award winning mobile app” is awful. The online system is always offline or otherwise not working (especially since early 2020.) the automatic customer Service line reminds me how important my call is (about every 15 seconds) but otherwise is completely useless.

Went to the motor bank was discriminated against because maybe they thought I was Arabic special rules were created when I wanted to do business with them

SUCK HARD

They are holding my mother's accounts hostage. She no longer lives in Texas and verbally, and in writing requested her funds transferred to a different institution. She also explicitly told wealth management to give her information to her legal POA that was in March, its now June and they still wont comply. Why should anyone have to hire a lawyer to have access to their own money. Its safer to put your funds in a mattress at least that way you don't have to pay lawyers fees to access it.

Están reteniendo las cuentas de mi madre como rehenes. Ella ya no vive en Texas y verbalmente y por escrito solicitó que sus fondos fueran transferidos a una institución diferente. También le dijo explícitamente a la gestión patrimonial que le diera información a su POA legal que fue en marzo, ahora es junio y todavía no cumplirán. ¿Por qué alguien debería contratar a un abogado para tener acceso a su propio dinero? Es más seguro poner sus fondos en un colchón, al menos de esa manera no tiene que pagar honorarios de abogados para acceder a ellos.
