I am not a their customer but I was hit my one of their insurance holders and they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have USAA and they sent all info to them and still never got a phone call. I was sick of waiting and gave them a call. Long story short.. still have not got my car fix or info to who to send my car repair appraisal too. Stay away from this company.
