I was having trouble finding a Pfizer booster for my mom in Plano. I called Nova Pharmacy and Dr. Nofal was able to take care of us the next day! Bonus: they also have the Moderna vaccine, so I was able to get boosted at the same time! When you are dealing with elderly handicapped parents, the fewer outings, the better! Dr. Nofal was so accommodating and let my mom stay in the car to get her booster. She is so sweet and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. I am so impressed with this pharmacy! The pharmacist worked hard to find the exact medicine I needed, when it wasn't available at the other pharmacies. She took the time and effort to contact the dr. asking for alternative brands. She kept in the loop of information all the way through. She also made sure to get us the best price possible. This is the best pharmacy for customer service and consultation!
