For a decade, I've been a dedicated customer of this business. Working with them is always a pleasure. Their service is exceptional, and the pricing is reasonable. We exclusively order all our packing/shipping supplies for my business from them, and delivery is always reliable.

Not only have they accommodated special deliveries promptly, but they've also gone the extra mile by stocking specific items just for us. Their commitment to excellence truly goes above and beyond expectations.

I Came into this establishment slightly stressed, looking for a special box for an art piece that was medium sized and oddly shaped. Corby, Karina, and Garrett really helped me find the cheapest option for a box..(ended up making a custom one).
Chandler also came in clutch and really helped me figure out a good price for shipping.
I ended up showing up the next day with further questions for shipping and Chandler wasn’t there but Ms. Jeanie was so helpful in assisting me with my shipping as well as helping with a shipping label.
This is an amazing and helpful team of people! They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! If you’re ever in a crisis for any shipping or box needs I highly recommend! Thank you so much guys for your amazing customer service and help!! See u guys soon!

Everyone you will come in contact with is friendly and helpful like a neighborhood store with most any box you'll need. They will even help you take your purchases to your car!! Love this place.

We have been buying all our boxes from the Plano location for at least 10 years. We used to pick them up in person, but found out they will deliver for no charge if you order enough at once. I think it is only $150 and they will drop them off for you at no extra charge. The quality of the boxes is awesome, size selection is awesome too! Boxes are always clean, packed well and they always seem to have all the sizes we need. Delivery has saved us so much time, and the prices are very reasonable. Super friendly delivery folks, and they always deliver with a smile :) Keep up the 5* service, we love it :)

I found this place by accident. I was trying to find a place to get an oversized box to ship my framed art work and I found them on google. From the lady I talked to over the phone to the lady who helped me, her name is Cynthia, helped tremendously. Everything is so reasonably priced and the customer service is excellent. I am so happy to have found this place. I will be coming back and will be sending more customers their way. Five stars all the way!

I am convinced these guys don’t sell just boxes! Their business is making you feel like the top customer. You get just a good feeling going in there because all their staff is so attentive and nice. They are so helpful and they will help you with a smile on their face. Even the office staff, they will stop what they are doing and come out to help you if you look lost (like me usually). I never thought I would really look forward going into a packing material store LOL! They are doing something right!

Has the best selection of boxes; far more detailed and higher quality than home depot or UPS. Going here from now on.
