Church of the Blessed Sacrament

My daughter and I started coming to Blessed Sacrament Church on Sundays this past Summer to avoid the hot temperatures during the day.
We were happy to attend the 8:00 pm Mass. We had every intention of returning to our home parish when the cooler weather came. But, we felt so uplifted at Blessed Sacrament. The feeling of our Lord's presence was deeply felt and the priest, Fr. Chris, gave such insightful homilies, we just got hooked. We want to return to our home parish,we really do. But some how the car brings us back here to Blessed Sacrament Church. Hmm.

Beautiful church + mass, extremely friendly kind people. People are caring supportive. Highly recommend

Fr Chris makes you feel like your at home

Love my church when i need to reflect and speak too to God without inturruption. This is my place. When i have needed support my church has been there. As a hospital nurse my hours and shifts vary and i am not always consistent but I feel feel comfort just driving by.

On July 17, 2022, after 10:00 AM mass, my wife and I went to stand in line for Fajita Plate. Person waiting if front of me asked how much did it cost? I stated that the bulletins said donation of $10 dollars. "That's a lot!" she said. I reminded her that it is a fundraiser (not a charity to feed the hungry). She said it was too much for her. For me, it was the Best Beef Fajitas, tortillas, beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, and (comino) rice that I have tasted since I left my mama's house to join the Navy. The food was Awesome! I have paid alot more at restaurants in San Antonio, and they cannot beat the taste of the Knights of Columbus Fajita Plates!!!

I am so happy Blessed Sacrament Church has been opened for prayers and adoration during this pandemic of the deadly carona virus that has infected our friends and families. The house of God is where you can find peace to renew and strengthen your trust in God.
Prayer is very powerful along with reciting the holy rosary daily. Praying calms me from anxiety.
I have been enriched by attending mass at Blessed Sacrament church.
I am thankful to Father Chris, Father Inna and all the staff at Blessed Sacrament Church for the invitation to attend and pray.

Everyone takes a piece of the Bible scripture with them embedded in their hearts and you can see the rejoice in their smiles willingly to return for more

Absolutely adore this community. Reminds me of my inner-city parish back home. Pastor and vicar are the kindest. Always encouraging the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Definitely a place to call home.

Although I did not get the name to the Parish priest, he gave a beautiful sermon for my beloved cousin's funeral. He spoke of the connection he, my deseased cousin, her siblings, aunts, and cousins have, El Paso, TX., Chico's Tacos, la Bowie Backery, la Bowie High School, the border and the culture. Along with many other connections. He made us feel at home with his warm heart. Thank you for the hospitality you and your community shared!

The parish is one of the best, if not the best Catholic Church in San Antonio. BSCC has wonderful Life Teen and EDGE programs, great liturgies, and Fr. John "Jack" O'Donoghue is a joy at every Mass he leads. AMAZING PARISH!

This location surprised us. We are excited to be part of a Mass & Wedding ceremony here.

I.sleep.right outside.sometimes and the church is a good blessing. But I'm not a Catholic.
