Big Lots

I found a nice sofa bed recliner right away and luckily there was one in stock. Great purchase and great furniture selection.

I've shopped in many a.big lots and this one is nice. Probably the cleanest big lots I've ever seen. I almost felt like i was in a different store than the disaster zone that is a typical. It was also bigger and better stocked.

I’ve been a fan of Big Lots since it was McFrugals in the 90’s. It has become more of a furniture store (very good) and the low prices on groceries and other household items never disappoint. I picked up school supplies this last time and even though it was just one employee working, she was great!

I love shopping at Big Lots they carry a variety of things at a low price. They also offer military discounts.

I purchased a recliner at this Big Lots in April of 2021. Soon after the recliner began to lean to one side. I had purchased a warranty but could not find the receipt. I called a few times and was told there was nothing that could be done. When I went to the store the manager Robert searched the system and found the receipt, gave me the warranty contact and gave me clear direction on what to do to get the chair replaced. When I called the warranty folks they said that my "3 year warranty" wouldn't go into effect until after the 1st year. Didn't make much sense to me. So I called Robert back and he made it right. I have been in this store a few times and this dude has been extremely helpful every time. Even when the warranty people didn't want to deliver on their end, he took it into his own hands and we ended up with a new chair. We felt like this individual was extremely professional and took care of the situation for us. THANKS ROBERT!!!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE!!!!

Went here to do some Christmas shopping, not gonna lie. The store was Poppin. Came in to get some single serve coffee’s. But you guys didn’t have the Werther’s toffees.

Their employees so helpful and the store so gigantic even has furniture
Plus big displays of discounts items.

I had an issue/complaint with an employee which I posted on Big Lots corporate website, the manager called me directly and explained, apologized and made it right. Good management putting customer first! Rare these days...5 stars from me!

Excellent snack and drink selection. The furniture department has a good selection of quality pieces. The store is well stocked with the prices clearly marked.

This store is awesome!! Christmas decorations are beautiful and all at a great price. Their toy aisles are stocked and all at reasonable prices. And there are no shortage of stocking stuffers! Staff was very friendly and the store itself was very clean and neat.

Made a quick stop here. Had been years since I shopped at Big Lots. Just needed a couple of household items. I must commend the (female) cashier working the only register open. It was approximately 8pm this Monday, April 1. Somewhat of a long line formed. Nevertheless, she was very patient, professional and very courteous!

I would like to thank the team at Big Lots on San Pedro!!! Bee in the furniture department was a huge help assisting in my purchase of a pergola and out door furniture. When an imperfection was found on a piece of the furniture the store director did an outstanding job ensuring I was pleased with my purchase. I’m not a frequent shopper at Big Lots but because of the outstanding service I received I won’t hesitate to choose this Big Lots for future purchases.

It has changed since Sept 9, 2016. I was surprised how they fix it up. I love the layout of the store. Very organized and beautiful. Krystal was very nice and courteous all through my transaction.

This place was pretty nice my friend wanted to stop there and pick up a Griswold gift bag. Staff was courteous and respectful. I would definitely go back whenever I need to. And I would recommend it to anybody who needs this kind of shopping experience.

Clean and very helpful... one employ was on her way out for break or whatever but u guess she saw me lost and asked if I needed help... I really appreciated that.. usually people don't want to bother once they are leaving or on break but she went out of her way to help me
