I want to acknowledge the professionalism and high quality of care I've received at the Limmer Center from Dr. Krejci, Diane & the whole staff. I have been very impressed by the entire process and felt supported the whole way. The procedure was pretty much flawless and perhaps more importantly, the level of individualized care might be the best I've encountered from a medical clinic experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking expert-level care.

I had a consultation with Dr. Krejci to figure out what was the best method and course of action to take to improve the appearance of my hair. She was personable, honest, and professional. At no point did I feel manipulated, “charmed,” or pressured to spend more than I wanted. In fact, she recommended a treatment that was less expensive. A cosmetic surgery such as hair restoration possesses a certain amount of risk, but Dr. Krejci was able to deconstruct the surgical process and expected results in a logical and realistic way that made me feel satisfied.

Dr. Krejicci and her staff do an amazing job. I have been a a client who has returned several times for treatments. They have always done an amazing job. I spent a great deal of time researching what Dr. to pick to handle my transplant procedure. I consider myself a well informed consumer. You will not go wrong choosing Limmer HTC for your transplant. I read some of the ridiculous negative reviews that where left on Limmer HTC. This is a quality place, with with a real Dr. who cares about her patients. I would not go anywhere els for a hair issue.

Dr. Krejci and her staff are amazing! Dr. Krejci and Christina are so empathetic to your needs and thoroughly explain the entire process in a manner that makes you feel comfortable and not pressured for you to ultimately make the decision to proceed with what is best for you. They are very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is ready to change their life!!

I had my FUE procedure done at Limmer! Everyone I encountered at the clinic was so kind and caring. I really want to thank Dr. K and her caring team of wonderful ladies that took care of me during my procedure. The were very professional, caring, and delicate. They made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure and gave me easy to follow instructions as well as a care packet that helped me during recovery. They also called periodically to check on me and answer any questions I had about the recovery. So far things are going as expected in terms of stages of recovery, and I'm looking forward to showing the results when the hair grows in.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the team at Limmer HTC! Excellent communication via consultation and during the procedure. I was left with zero surprises during the procedure and after dealing with recovery. Their step by step instructions are clear and concise. Their precision is next to none as my results were better than expected. They are truly artists in their own right. Once you’re healed up, none one would ever know you’d had any work done. I even arrived 40+ minutes late unintentionally and they still accommodated me without fuss. They really want to make you happy, so please let them! Professional staff, excellent location and facilities. Staff was always checking in to ensure the experience was positive and pain free. I’ve been to the Limmer Hair Transplant Center 6 times to get PRP treatments from Dr. Krejci. Dr. Krejci’s experience and professionalism really sets the standard for other Doctors in this field should hope to achieve. She has instilled in her staff, her entire staff, the very best in patient services and care. I don’t ever do public reviews. But after going to Dr. Krejci for the past 18 months, and every time leaving and feeling that office could NOT do better, they deserved it. Had a great experience with Limmer. I was honestly kinda nervous about going in hair loss is kind of embarrassing but glad I did . The staff was wonderful and my Physician was really knowledgeable and down to earth. She gave me truly honest advice. Kept me from spending on something I didn't need. I opted for medical treatment. I recently traveled to San Antonio Texas from New York City to have a hair transplant at the Limmer Hair Transplant Center. This is my third visit to this center - that should tell you something.

The Limmer staff did a great job of making sure I was comfortable during a long day. They were happy to answer all of my questions throughout the day. I could not be happier than I am! The whole experience with the Limmer Hair Transplant Center, from start to finish, was wonderful beyond my expectations. I had never had any type of elective surgery in my life and I was very cautious and had so many questions. It started with my email inquiries about the process where they encouraged me to schedule a consult with the doctor to learn about the procedure. My consult with Dr. Krejci was so easy- she is a pleasure to talk to. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Over the next few weeks I continued to do my research, making a list of additional questions I had. Every time I called the office or emailed with questions they responded promptly. The entire staff was lovely. When it came time for my bloodwork and the local lab couldn’t figure out exactly what bloodwork I needed, Valerie helped me navigate that. When the crazy ice storm hit the San Antonio area and I had to reschedule my appointment the day before I flew out, the office helped me navigate that. Once the FUT (strip method) procedure was completed Christina gave me her cell phone so that I could call with any questions. I would NOT hesitate to have this procedure done with Limmer Hair Transplant Center should I ever decide to do it again and I have complete confidence in recommending them to everyone. For the last 25 years I have wanted to have this done. I finally did 5 days before my 60th birthday. Number one team and number one in results! It will take time to grow in, however losing my hair was gradual. I did my homework and chose this place. I'm 100% glad I picked them. I highly recommend!! They closed at 5:00, however they didn't finish until 8:00 pm. I am a Dermatologic Surgeon and had my hair done 24 years ago by Dr Limmer and returned in 2020 to have some more follicular grafts to replace gradual thinning. Dr Krejci and her staff did a fantastic job. It's been about 6 months and I see great results already. I sent 2 sons there, also, and both have gotten great results. I flew from out of state to have my procedure and recommend LHT and Dr. Krejci to all my patients who ask about hair restoration. The staff is great too.
