Kohl's

Nice and clean kohls store and almost all items in stock. The store is well organized and have Sephora, Amazon return section also. Liked the helpful staff and return department associates. The changing rooms are well kept. The restrooms are clean and have ample parking outside.

Kohl’s in McKinney has been a site for
enjoyable shopping experiences for me especially during and post holiday weeks. I have found great merchandise, wonderful savings, and pleasant customer service interactions with floor and check-out associates. In addition to finding quality merchandise at amazing sales prices, I have received bonuses in the form of “Kohl’s Cash” which prompts me to return to the store and enjoy subsequent productive shopping sessions.

Prices were great today and 40% off was super! Christie at checkout was fantastic. She had difficulty getting the system to take our Kohl's Cash but stayed on it until it was done! Her attitude was superb! Thak you, Christie!

Excellent customer service. And even in the midst of a massive 70% off sale, this was the most organized location I have been into. They have a great sales team & Jackie at the checkout had a lot of patience. She worked fast, but didnt seem rushed with me at all. She was very friendly, smiled & seemed to be happy to help.

I had a number of cumbersome items. I was assisted during my shopping be personnel taking items to the cashiers desk while I continued to shop. When I was ready to check out my items were brought to my location and after checking out, someone helped me take things to my car. Excellent service.

Large selection and great sales. Good layout to the store. Seems to be the largest Kohl's in far north Dallas with the best selection, in my opinion. Also, this location is spacious and doesn't feel cramped or overcrowded like some others.

My wife asked me to stop by Kohl’s to pick up an online order, and this was the first time that I had been to this particular location.
First, the parking lot was well lit, parking spaces were clearly marked and was free of trash and debris. I especially take notice of things like lightning from a safety perspective, and would have felt fine if my wife had gone here in the evening time. In addition, spaces were near the door for curbside delivery, and were well marked with instructions.
Second, not sure where specifically I was going inside the store for this pickup. There were ample signs directing me to the appropriate area.
Although I was 7th in line, when I arrived, I was really impressed with the fact there was an associate checking in with the people in line. She had a hand held device scanning the tickets and running back to get the items.
I made it to the counter, and was helped with by a very pleasant associate with a great smile. She quickly scanned my ticket. While she was away, 2 different associates (that I hadn’t previously seen) were asking everyone if they had been helped.
I was incredibly impressed with the speed of which the Kohl’s associates were handling all of the orders, their positive and upbeat attitude, and overall experience.
By contrast, I picked something up from a competitor and didn’t have close to the same experience.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the Kohl’s in McKinney.

Kohl's is a good place to go for someone who doesn't enjoy shopping. It is bright, the departments are easy to find, and the associates are friendly and helpful.

Joshua was very friendly and helpful during our visit and checkout, something you don't always see in today's world.

Quality of products have gotten so much better. Plan on shopping here much more.

Love the Kohl's store in McKinney, Texas. It's very clean, well-stocked items, friendly employees, good location, and lots of parking. A really great store.

Can you reconsider moving the online order pick up back to the front of the store? It doesn’t make any sense for me to need to walk through the store after I did all my shopping online.
