I’ve been living here for 3 years, and I really like the place. I love the amenities, the modern design full of air, high ceilings and new materials, and the overall vibe.

The leasing office team are always friendly and very professional. The new manager Autumn is very caring and ready to help.
And I would love to give a big round of applause to the maintenance team (Cesar, thank you for fixing all those door handles that I keep on breaking 😅). Everything is fixed very fast, witching max 2 days.

I have really enjoyed my time at AMLI Addison. The front staff have always been very professional and kind. Halle helped me with my move-in processes and she made it very easy for me.

The amenities at AMLI are beautiful! The pool and the gym(s) are always well maintained. As well as the courtyard and grill area.

One of the best aspects was the maintenance team. When I filled a request at night they would be at my door the next morning. They were always very efficient with their work. I really appreciate how prompt they were with their services.

I would recommend moving here!

My boyfriend and I lived at Amli for 3 years and just recently moved out due to needing to move up north a bit.
The time there was what really made it for us and why we enjoyed it. Everyone (liter every person) at the leasing office were always so helpful and friendly and the maintenance was absolutely amazing, they always came within 48 business hours to get everything fixed and a lot of times would come same day! The facilities and apartments themselves were always clean and the environment for pets were perfect.

We’ve absolutely loved our time here and couldn’t recommend them enough!! 😊

One of my favorite parts about living at the AMLI (3 years now) are the leasing agents that make it feel like home. With every complex there are mishaps and problems but the staff here are always working to improve the building and and the seasonal events/offers they have are fun and thoughtful. What’s kept me happy in my stay here has been Cynthia. She makes us all feel welcome, she remembers who we are and is always ready to answer any questions we have. Even in her professionalism, it is obvious she cares about the residents here and my stay wouldn’t be the same without feeling like I was in great hands here. Every time I’m down there, residents are happily greeting her like routine and it’s heartwarming to live in an apartment complex that feels like a home away from home.

The AMLI is such a beautiful apartment complex and in a great area of Addison. Kylie was our tour guide and she was excellent! She was so welcoming, informative, and really got us excited about living at ALMI.

Noe and the maintenance staff are the best. Always kind and going above and beyond to help out. The office staff is great as well! Audrey always went above and beyond especially during the pandemic.

Lived here for 3 years and honestly the best apartment complex that I have ever lived at. Of course it has it quirks like any place but couldn't ask for better service and location.

Pro: Parking Garage is more secure than other apartments in this area
Con: Can be difficult to drive in it due to it being small and cars blocking turns
Pro: Short walk to Addison Circle
Con: Not actually a breath easy community as they allow people to smoke on their balconies
Pro: Always a lot of events for residents
Pro: Paw wash for dogs
Pro: The amenities (3 gyms, lounge area, craft room, office area, paw wash, pool)
Con: No dog park :( but there is one over by the circle but that one seems to always be closed
Pro: Nice appliances
Pro: Addison host a ton of events at the circle so our apartment was always great for hosting (Taste of Addison, July 4th, Oktoberfest, etc.)

We are really enjoying our time at AMLI in Addison. Our apartment is right on the courtyard where we can go out to barbeque, lay in the hammocks, or sit by the fire pit at night. The staff is amazing and very attentive. All the amenities are great. Proximity to old town Addison with its parks, cafes, and restaurants is really nice and within easy walking distance. Belt Line road is just down the street.

I had a really nice move-in experience with Jerry Brooks today! Jerry was polite and professional, he explained me all the details I need to know and even recommended how to approach electricity provider selection which was extremely useful for me as I just moved from PA. Thank you!

Moving from the UK to the US is a very daunting move, and there are plenty of worries you have with everything very "new" and also such a great distance to home and family. The manager, Cynthia was outstanding in helping me make the move, answering all qualms we had swiftly and thoroughly. The move-in itself was easy, hassle-free, and quick. Now that my furniture is built(Phew!) and I am settling in to my new apartment I am thoroughly looking forward to making the most of the outstanding facilities that AMLI Addison has to offer.

The customer service provided by Kylie was perfect, she was very detailed and i appreciate her willingness to help. She answered all my questions, and went beyond. I’d like to thank Kylie for taking the time to help me!!

AMLI Addison honestly has to be the best luxury apartments I’ve ever lived at! Halle, Cynthia, and Emily are the best leasing agents I could ask for! They always answer the phone with a positive attitude, and are amazingly quick at answering questions, and solving small issues I am having. The building is always very clean, the people are friendly, and the staff is great, I’d honestly give this place a sixth star if I could!

It's such a great place to call home. Love the amenities, and the environment. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Cynthia helps our move in process so much easier and Cesar is really nice assisting any of our maintenance necessity. Would recommend AMLI to anyone looking for an apartment to be called home.

The property is exceptionally well-maintained, and I was impressed by the modern yet timeless design. The resident lounges are inviting and cozy, making it clear that they want residents to connect and hang out. It's a refreshing change from other places in town with sparse furniture for show. And the three gyms with Peloton bikes? A fitness enthusiast's dream! 🏋‍♀🚴‍♂ I'm excited to potentially call this place home! 🏡👍

We have been living at AMLI for 3 months and it is honestly the best place I have lived and I highly recommend this" experience" and the facilities! It has exceeded my expectations ! From the design, amenities, staff and service I can only say "you have to just experience this"! Even the other tenants are always friendly and hospitable. It is just a positive and happy place ! Just take a tour on site and see for yourself. The location is perfect and you can walk some of the best dining and entertainment in Addison.

This place has been AMAZING. I have lived here for 2 years and I am heartbroken to be parting ways. Some things that are important to me as a renter: feeling safe in my place of residence, sense of community at my complex, a unit that suits my daily needs, pet friendly environment, maintenance response time, value for price, and communication from management. AMLI Addison checks all of the boxes. From day one they have been inclusive, positive, and on top of all things management. The maintenance team has been friendly, fast, and they do great work. They will even help you with courtesy requests like hanging your curtains, headboard, artwork, etc. Audrey in the front office has been phenomenal, she shows that she cares personally for her residents and is willing to help with whatever you need. As life events are inevitable, such as inconvenient weather events, the team has been communicative, solution oriented, and again quick with their response time with any happenings that require some TLC. The resident events are so fun and you can tell that the team puts a lot of effort into making them an inviting and memorable experience for you and your pets! There are several every month so you'll never feel left out. The amenities are unique, spacious, and clean. There is a resort style pool, an enormous resident lounge with a full kitchen and games, a courtyard with hammocks, fireplaces, and grills, a friggin art room with all the supplies you could dream of, and not one, not two but THREE separate spaces dedicated to fitness. The property is located in a very walkable area; I walk to restaurants, bars, movies, my hair appointments, the park, concerts/events, all over the place. AMLI Addison has been my oasis and I would recommend to anyone looking for a home that is much more than just a place to sleep.

My experience at AMLI Addison has been nothing less than AMAZING! From the moment I walked into the apartment, I absolutely loved the place! It is extremely well maintained, clean, and has a great vibe to it.

Cynthia, our leasing agent has been super helpful throughout the process. From the time I went for an in-person tour to the application process and till our final move, she was extremely responsive and patiently answered all my queries.

I’ve lived at AMLI Addison for a full year now. I turn my keys in today and it actually breaks my heart to leave! Amazing apartment that looked brand new when I moved in, maintenance that shows up next day (if not same day) and handles EVERYTHING (very talented, also very friendly); extremely clean hallways, common areas, and landscaping. Management and front office staff are great at communicating with residents and will always return phone calls. Tons of great events to attend hosted by the complex and Addison in general but never blocked in by Addison Circle event traffic. Easy access to everything, very quiet (I rarely heard any of my Neighboors), nicely lit inside and outside, garage gates worked flawlessly 99% of the time (snow/ice would keep one gate open when we had a freeze) and every single door requires key fob access or the use of butterfly keypads to enter (security is important to me and I walked the entire building looking for a way in without a fob/screen and nothing). Honestly, the only thing missing is trash valet but I can live without since everything else was immaculate. There was nothing that I asked for that I couldn’t get. I’m only moving out because I’m leaving the state but the second I determine I’m returning to Dallas I will be signing the first lease open here. I am very impressed with how this complex is operated and maintained. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been a resident of AMLI Addison since November of 2019 and everyone is extremely professional and responsive. Ashley and Shelbi do a great job managing the property, and all the leasing agents are professional and courteous. I would also highly recommend Audrey Kupovics as your leasing agent as her professionalism and responsiveness is second to none. I've heard many people around the community compliment her and she's even helped check on my apartment when I was out of town and needed some help with something. I would also like to thank Noe and the maintenance staff for their hard work. Any time there is an issue it seems like it's resolved within a matter of hours. There will be issues with any apartment community, but AMLI, and staff at this particular property, will do everything they can do to make you feel at home.
