The most outstanding service I’ve experienced in years!!! Joe was beyond helpful and went out of his way to figure out how to get a particular brand of medication for my daughter due to the shortage that has been happening with certain medications. I never had to follow up. Joe did all the follow up and background work and it was a success. Chelsea will now be my main pharmacy due to Joe and his efforts! I was most impressed when Joe said this is the reason he’s in this business….to help! Thank you, Joe! Denise Zinser

Probably the best pharmacy I have gone to. Not only does it feel like a spa with very nice candles, soaps, even high end jewelry. Oh and the pharmacists and staff were incredibly kind. They seemed to know the other customers there and seemingly care for them. First time visitor, so I didn’t expect them to know me.

This is the best pharmacy, and even some of the best service I’ve ever had in my life! They genuinely care about you. White glove service, truly. My doctor messed up my prescription and I almost wasn’t able to get it before they closed on Friday, but they kept the pharmacy open a few minutes after closing time just so I could get it and not have to wait through the weekend! Plus they kept in touch with me and remembered my issue and they know who I am; I’ve only been using them for three months! The inside is so beautiful, it’s like a spa! I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone! I used to go to Walgreens, and never again. This place is wonderful, and I wish I could give more than five stars!

Chelsea Pharmacy has amazing and prompt customer service. They provide delivery for prescriptions and OTC medications, which is extremely helpful for when you don’t have time to pick up in person. From my experience, Joe and his team are incredibly kind over the phone and will answer any questions you have. As a previous CVS pharmacy consumer, I’ll never go back to normal drugstore pharmacies for as long as I’m in this area.

I received my booster vaccination from the Chelsea Pharmacy. What a great experience. Setting the appointment online was easy. There was no waiting when I got there unlike the big chain pharmacies. The pharmacist, Courtney was professional and courteous. She answered all my questions and I was on my way. This is what you expect from a neighborhood pharmacy. Exceptional service.

Great service, nice and helpful staff! Our kids received their COVID shots there and they were so happy for their bag of treats pharmacy gave them after the shot :) We also got our booster shots there, fast and easy process! Highly recommended.

Have had great experiences with Chelsea Pharmacy. They have had in stock Rapid Tests while the big guys have not. Easy and simple pharmacy refills with friendly Joe the pharmacist. Will continue to come back!

The pharmacy was so efficient and quick with responses for me. The staff is so kind and helpful! I had to order a hard to find medication and they were beyond helpful! Turn around time was great and they were able to provide me the lowest price for this medication. I will definitely be using them for all my needs! I also love that I can get over the counter meds from them through Uber eats. Another benefit if using them! Anything to make my life easier!!! 5 stars!

Incredibly friendly staff. They were patient and appreciative, you can tell their patient interest is genuine, which seems hard to find these days in a pharmacy. Answered all of my questions without making me feel hurried even though they were clearly busy.

Needed to get my Covid booster and saw this pharmacy mentioned very highly in one of my Facebook groups. I was able to make an appointment online for the very next day. Everyone was super helpful and the whole process was extremely quick! They even give you a little bag to take home with sanitizer and candy! Definitely worth the five star review!

I was in town and had a need for at-home COVID tests and was hoping to find somewhere to get my booster. I had seen a post about this pharmacy and was able to get both at the same time. I was in and out in 5 minutes and everything was super simple and easy.
