Condom Sense

First time going to Condom Sense and was welcomed by the nicest worker, Cassy! She was very sweet and helped me and my boyfriend with what we were looking for. As soon as I walked in, I felt so comfortable. Wonderful customer service, I honestly can’t wait to go back!

I've gone to several different Condom Sense stores all over the greater DFW area, and the employee working at this one was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of everything within the store. I will definitely be returning to this location.

This business is a great spot to shop. For many different types of things and whatever you are in too! Your best stop and shop place to 'go'! My favorite adult store.

So it was my first time going in a shop of the sorts but immediately as I walked in, Hannah made me feel super comfortable and showed me around. She found me exactly what I was looking and was super amazing! I strongly recommend this location just based on the customer service I received from Hannah! The shop was also extremely clean and organized! If I could give 6/5 stars I would!

Awesome place, Sydney helped alot

Kirstie was extremely helpful. She was beyond nice and knowledgeable about products and was very professional with other customers in the store. She also didn’t hover and kept a positive attitude the entire home.

Great customer service, Friendly staff, tons of product

Store was clean, well lit, and welcoming. Came in with a fifty dollar budget and ended up spending ninety due to Kirstie's awesome customer service. Definitely will be back and highly recommend this location due to the overwhelming help from staff.

This is my first time visiting this store, or any sex store for that matter. The woman at the counter, Kristy, was very helpful and very pretty!! She made me feel comfortable. She even suggested a particular flavor of lube I was looking for. Very cool first time experience. If you ever come visit, she the one with the dreamy eyes!! Lol Trust me, if you look in her eyes, they will hypnotize you!! You have been warned!! Lol Overall, great place...great customer service!!

I visited Condom Sense yesterday and not only does the store have a variety of cool things, what really stood out and that I remember is the employees that were working there that night. Krissie was so knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel at ease right upon entering the store. She really made sure she understood what I was looking for with a type of empathy I have not seen in a long time. That was probably some of the best top of the line cuetomer service I have seen in years and I am in the service industry. It left such an impression on me i felt compelled to fill this out and will recommend this place to many people due to the wide variety of neat things but more importantly to understanding and caring from Krissie there. Even the co-worker she was training that night exibited similiar traits and already shows great potential because of her product knowledge and the way she listened. Both these women belong in management because they understand the fundamentals of what customer service is all about and know how to get one to be a customer for life. I will definetely recommend this place. 5 stars all the way. Thank You for a great experience because i was a little nervous walking in!!
