SUPER SUITE INN NO MORE LONGER

Rico at the front desk was awesome. Management had to help me with the tv cuz I screwed up the channels awesome people. I'm excited to see this place under the umbrella of choice hotels and can't wait for the remodeling to be finished. Keep up the good work y'all!! Diamond member here.

After reading all the negative reviews that you people wrote im just disgusted at everyone and these piss poor comments. This place is awesome and the people here are awesome as well. No one has ever had a bad run in with the staff the people that Owen the place are great people and have never ever been rude or unprofessional. So this place gets 100 stars from me

You definitely get what you pay for at this place… There were homeless people sitting on the sidewalk outside of this place, and when I got out of my car in the parking lot, a man came running down the building’s stairs and told the lady at the front desk that he found a dead body inside one of the rooms.
Cops showed up as I was bringing my stuff into my room. For some reason this didn’t deter me from staying here for the night.
When I entered the room, there was a weird smelling candle already lit inside. I couldn’t stand the smell and blew it out immediately. Overall, the room was completely disgusting. There was water (I hope) on the floor, holes in the bedding, ants in the restroom, and roaches creeping around… I’ll never stay here again, and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Im not even the type of person to put people's business down but this place is gross, towels definitely are discolored and so are the pillow cases. The lady that works at the desk/window shes very hostile and if i knew what the room looked like before I paid I wouldn't have got a room here. They let you know that you definitely won't get a refund back no matter what!! Wish I would have stayed in my truck!!

I stayed here in 6/2019 and it was a nightmare. I couldn't remember the name and had to do some googling because I don't want to accidentally book it again. I had my toddler with me. The room was filthy and in disrepair and the staff was rude/unfriendly.
I stay in cheap hotels often and usually have a good experience. You do get what you pay for, in terms of linens and amenities, but most places I've stayed are clean and adequately maintained. This place was terrible.
I probably would have had a better experience at the LaQuinta down the street that caught on fire the same weekend.

We stayed 3/27 they charged me over $120 & rate is less than $60
Staff was rude, room was in terrible condition & shape, bed had stains & hairs, there was what we believe blood on the door, towels were the dirty brownish yellowish color & super old, restroom was super dirty. We ended up going somewhere else to shower & bought bottle water to wash our face & teeth.
