Its never easy to feel at home at any motel. During our transition of movinng into our new home we stayed here at Extended Stay. Sabrina and Sherry are the best. Always accommodating my family's needs to make us feel at home. House keepers are on site all day to make sure all residents are good before they leave. This location is clean and definitely safe for a family get away. Not to mention driving distance to downtown!!! Book now with Sabrina and Sherry, they're here for you!

Been here for 4 months now and love it. The management and staff is amazing, friendly, and courteous. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance is held to a high standard. The rooms are perfect sized with comfortable beds and chairs. It's just down from Randolph park and ride. We are happy here and plan on staying a while. The level of care just feels like home.

Sheri and Sabrina were great. They helped with all my needs. All the staff was really helpful . I will definitely stay again. They have a store and the pool was amazing. Totally recommend this place. There is construction but that's everywhere in San Antonio

I would like to extend a display of appreciation to a few of the staff members who maintain the Extended Stay S.A. Hotel. Once again Miss Sheri, you have put together a great crew, I would say they are kind of close to the Bulls in the 90s. I guess that makes you Phil Jackson.

I want to thank Jason, head of the maintenance department for great quality service. Mr. Jason came to my room to assess and evaluate a leaky AC unit. He was able to come in quietly, recognize the issue he even uninstalled the AC unit I took it for cleaning brought it back installed it and was able to do this quietly and respectfully all in under 30 minutes. Thank you Mr. Jason for being quiet, respectful, speedy and courteous while completing The A.C. maintenance during my time of rest from work!

Shout out To The man who walks the Extended Stay S.A. property throughout his shift, and a man who Loves and appreciates his job as well as cares for the occupants, locals or natives of The Facility here. Thank you Tay for being an amazing ambassador of the Extended Stay S.A. Staff. You make life here a great experience. You definitely deserve a raise and or promotion! Thank you my brother!

Everytime you see David he is always running around tending to this room, that room, drilling, sawing, plumbing whatever! Your always on the move and that's quite impressive. Thank you David your a true hustle man for the Extended Stay S.A. staff!!

All in all you know you're staying at a great place when even the regional manager takes her time out to tend to the needs and customer service requirements of the tenants here. I appreciate you Miss Sabrina for taking the time to help me with my booking and bringing up towels personally. Most people in that position wouldn't even take the time to do that but you did. Again thank you Mr Sabrina, you have an amazing crew.

M experience at Extended Stays well exceeded my expectations. Very clean and the upkeep was second to none. The maintenance man, Jason, was very prompt, thorough, and above all friendly when it came to any issues needing to be addressed. Will definitely stay again.

I've been here for a few months and I honestly don't know what people are talking about but the rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. If you have any problems maintenance wise just have to ask Jason and he'll be there within 10 minutes getting it fixed.

I had a great stay there!The staff was so friendly, and even the maintenance people were great. The property was well maintained and the room was actually really nice. It was clean and spacious. Definitely worth the money!! I would recommend this place to anyone that needed a stay

People say you get what you pay for, but not here! You get MORE than what you pay for!!! Newly renovated rooms, in a convenient location close to any convenience or grocery stores and easy access to the highway. The office is open 24/7 with nice, amazing staff ready to accommodate any of your needs with no problem! Free Wi-Fi, snacks, drinks, and personal hygiene products available in office. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a long term or just an overnight stay!

The great customer service was truly one to remember, thank you Donte! The young man at the counter was patient and respectful and that meant a lot after having a long stressful day at work! I will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly ,management was excellent. My next stay in town would definitely be back here.

The management staff is always so helpful. Any issues I’ve had they’ve fixed immediately. Sabrina is the manager and she us very professional and accommodating. Jason in maintenance had to fix our AC and did it swiftly so we weren’t without AC for a long time. This is the most cost effective motel in town. The rooms are spacious and the walls are thick so u don’t have to hear the neighbors. I recommend this place for weekly rentals.

My family and I chose this motel for their great rates and location. We’ve been staying here for over a month and the staff is super friendly and courteous. They have security on the premises to give you a sense of safety and security. The management staff such has Sabrina and Sherry are always friendly and helpful. Anytime you need assistance they have people available 24/7 to accommodate your needs. This is the perfect place for long term stay. We make great use of the kitchenette, with a full size refrigerator and microwave. We appreciate their service. Thank you!

Only thing I wasn't happy with was the construction kinda hard to get in and out of the hotel

We arrived very late or very early in the morning depending on how you look at it. The woman who was working behind the desk was by far the best, with her appearance and her over the top customer assistance. With her patience and her ability to work together to get what was new to the both of us accomplished was by far the highlight of our busy week. The room was quiet, clean, and all we had to do was take a shower and go to bed. That room was by far the best sleep we have had in what seems like forever. For the price, location, and over the top best customer service and experience, we couldn't have chosen a better place. We are most definitely going to return. Thank you guys for proving to us that there are employers that do hire those that truly love their job. Doing it like a boss should.

The hotel was awsome .....rooms are all updated rooms with smart tvs so plenty too watch. Big thanks too management they are super helpfull and bend over backwards too make ur stay the best it can be.......great hotel only place ii stay when I go too San Antonio
