From the first phone call to the office this was a great experience. The doctor was also very knowledgeable and had a good "bedside manner." Friendly, professional, and solved my problem. Thank you so much for getting me in on zero notice. Edit to add: My followup went just as great! Super friendly office.

Office staff and atmosphere is open and friendly. They have called us back pretty quickly upon our arrival as well. The doctor is great and very kind/compassionate! Had a great experience for every visit.

4 years my podiatrist. Professional and friendly A+. Approachable when asking questions, very knowledgeable especially about diabetic issues in the feet and in general. I really like that about him. His staff of course it's friendly, technical assistance is also knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with either doctor or technical assistants working on me. And followed up by the doctor. Of course I had a recommend. I have Medicare A and B and Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal I have balance visits and no fees.

Very friendly staff and the lobby sitting area is nice to sit and wait since they make it comfy for the clients. There's a TV in the waiting room that was showing Dr. Pimple Popper when I was there so I was entertained while waiting for my neighbor I took there for her appointment.

Doctor Sefcik is an amazing guy he was caring and talked to my daughter and asked her about her pain not me. He didn't just stick her in the toes with needles to numb it and cut the nails out.. he took her into surgery and fixed my daughter up. And all the staff were very sweet not one rude person.

I had an ingrown toenail for a few years and was putting off getting it fixed due to the "normal" time it takes to get an appointment. I was shocked when I called on a Wednesday and had was seen two days later on Friday. The staff was great the Doc was great. I will be returning and recommending to my friends and family going forward.

Absolutely fabulous experience! Called because my daughter was in pain with an ingrown toenail they squeezed her in same day got it removed! With care and gentleness. staff, doctor everyone was so lighthearted wonderful experience absolutely recommend them!!

Extremely happy and grateful to the team here at Las Cruces Family Foot and Ankle Clinic! They bent over backwards to work me into their schedule when I suffered a foot injury the night before. Alex was excellent and helpful over the phone and even stopped into my room to say hello while I was waiting. The woman at the front desk was very sweet as well and the woman taking my xrays was also so nice.

Dr. Sefcik was very knowledgeable and explained everything going on very clearly. He even walked me over to show me the xrays of my foot so I could see what was going on with my injury. He laid out a very clear plan of care and has given me some excellent recommendations. 100% satisfied with my entire experience there.

Their fees for self-paying individuals is very reasonable and I actually considered quite a bargain considering the excellent treatment and care I received.

Again, I just wanted to personally thank the team their for working me into their schedule and taking care of me so well when I had my sports injury.

Would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

I am 62 years old and have been to several podiatrist the route United States. I wish I could remain in Las Cruces to use continued service at this location. As I said before the biggest attraction was no pushy salesmen attitude. Just what you need to feel better. The doctor is very approachable and answered as many questions he could. I will see him a good in June when I returned to the area.

I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and my co-pay was $35. Worth feeling great with trim and exam. No xrays needes.

I decided to go see Dr. Sefcik yesterday at the Foot & Ankle clinic on Solano. Best doctor experience I've had in quite some time. They got me in without an appt. Only waited 10 mins. The doctor was excellent, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all my options. I'd recommend Dr. Sefcik to anyone.

I’ve been in so much foot pain. One day after visiting the clinic, I feel 100 times better. Walking pain free! Great friendly staff and Dr has a wonderful caring bedside manner.

Dr. Doug is awesome, he diagnosed and quickly solved my very serious condition without surgery. Plus he has the cutest diabetic shoes in town! 5 + stars

I had a really bad ingrown and Dr.Sefcik was able to take care of it right away and I healed with in 4-5 days!
