Very nice and friendly staff. The gentleman in the pharmacy is always very caring and explains every medication in details. The doctors and nurses listen to everything very patiently. I would especially mention Dr. Voelz, she is an amazing persona and a very nice doctor. I really thank Aggie health and wellness center for being there always when i needed you. Even during Covid , they had nice staff and took the essential measures to keep everything safe and secure.

Professional and courteous staff all around.
I went in feeling terrible. I left, feeling better knowing I had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Without breaking the bank (or insurance).

Great on campus facility! Staff is professional and the doctors were very helpful. I went on for a walk in for a cold, I was seen within 5 minutes and was out with medicine in less than 40 minutes.

Safe and comfortable environment. ^-^ Patient, welcoming and non -judgemental staff were helpful and understanding of my needs. ^-^ Next to Zuhl Library. You can stop by and see a counselor or go to group therapy. They also have info about health, fitness and nutrition. They have nurses, NCP, physician and pharmacy. Open M-F 8am-5pm but closed from 11:30am-1pm cuz they get hangry, too. ^-^

Although they may have long wait times and other issues the staff is helpful and kind. The goal is to address a medical situation. Every time I have gone here, my issue has been addressed to the best of their ability. The best thing is consulting is free. If an issue persists they are more than happy to see you again. I mean how much can you really complain when your provided anything free these days. Despite other negatives, overall they strive to address your medical situation appropriately even though not always done promptly.

The nurses and doctors are very good. It is just the administrative staff. They are so lazy. I called the front desk 3 times with no one picking up in the open hours. I had to call the insurance desk and let them know that no one is picking up and only then, someone picked up the phone.

I always had good service here, but I wish their scheduling system was different and that they would be open on weekends or had extended hours. It's too inconvenient sometimes to call to see if there's a same day appointment especially since most classes are being held at the times available for an appointment.

It was weird standing right at the door answering questions and waiting for lab result when it could have been emailed to me.

Never had too bad of an experience (I go often enough due to my compromised health). The nurses and doctors are friendly and caring, but they stopped taking walk-ins. You also apparently have to make same day appointments. I'm assuming this because they kept telling everyone who tried to walk in yesterday to call them the following morning to make an appointment. Pretty bad policy! They had me sitting in the waiting room for 50 mins yesterday just to see a nurse for a note to excuse me from class. I ended up walking out and leaving since the note wasn't even "guaranteed" without seeing a doctor (none were obviously available). Who knows how long they would have had me sitting there.

I called this morning right when they opened to make a same day appointment and they can't even see me till late afternoon. How are students suppose to be seen at a time that fits into their class schedule with this policy? They're only open on weekdays which also contributes to this issue.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I’ve been to this clinic before and the front desk is one of the laziest staffs I’ve ever seen. Made me call while in their waiting room to make an appointment, I couldn’t just go to the front desk. Anyways for this visit, I went in for a sore throat and cough, and they wouldn’t let me go in for an in person visit. Did the zoom meeting and the doctor could hear me coughing and not being able to talk clearly and wasn’t listening to what I was saying my symptoms were. I prescribed medicine for acid reflux, that is not linked to any of my symptoms I had. After thinking to myself that this wasn’t possible, I went to a local urgent care the same day. Was told I had a lung infection, that if left untreated would lead to chronic pneumonia. Was prescribed steroids and antibiotics for my lungs. I will never trust this clinic with my healthcare again because I could’ve gotten sicker or even sent to the hospital. As a student I should be able to trust a medical facility on campus that uses my tuition dollars to be funded .

First time here and I made an appointment around 3:00 and it's 4:30 right now. Slow!!! People would come in after me and they would be seen first? They kept calling this girls name and she obviously didn't show up, but for thirty minutes they persisted. Skip on to the next person! I'm HERE when she isn't! I expected better service.

They won't even answer the phone during open hours. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES, and on the occasion I can get an appointment, staff is judgemental and won't take you seriously.
